I have seen Dr. Sowa for over 20 years and he has been great and very thorough for all of that time. I had a difficult first pregnancy and he was very proactive and instrumental on me delivering a healthy baby and having a complication free second pregnancy. My 2 kids have also been with the Pediatrics department in Plainville for almost 20 years (as patients of Dr. Geddis, but they have also seen other doctors in the practice) and have been 100% satisfied. When my children were sick or had and urgent situation, they were always seen promptly, even on weekends. When there were concerns, they were listened to and addressed. I was patient for the past 5 + years at this medical center. Dr. Harris have always been great, compassionate professional in his field exclude part of the other stuff, the manager of this medical center is very impolite, disrespectful and rude, this is absolutely not acceptable and it should not be tolerated at all.

They don't answer the phone. They push you into leaving a voicemail and then if they want to respond they will. This is terrible customer service. To force you to drive down to their office and waste your time further. Stay away

I have been seeing Dr. Karen Haverly for over 12 years. She has birthed both of my children. Her secretary, Pam was awesome, organized and personable. A few years back they changed practice from Grove Hill to Starling. Recently, Dr. Haverly has a new secretary and I can never get her on the phone, I have to constantly play phone tag to make or reschedule an appointment. I had to reschedule my annual exam in August and waited 3 months for my appointment. Two weeks ago, I left a message to reschedule and received a voicemail to call the office to reschedule. I was able to move around my schedule so there was no need to reschedule so I showed up for the appointment as previously scheduled. The secretary went and canceled this appointment. I was so frustrated I told her I would find a new provider. I am upset to leave Dr. Haverly but the office practices have really gone downhill.
