It was a great experience to meet and get to know my new pcp since a move here required a new health ins. plan and so many other life changes. Dr. Sardo is kind, compassionate, professional and focused on patient health. Unfortunately, the Hartford Healthcare staff responsible for setting & confirming appointments by phone is surprisingly unpleasant and actually argued twice that Dr. Sardo was not accepting new patients, a fact that Dr. Sardo herself denied. Appt reminders say "do not come early" but paperwork on arrival says "arrive 15 minutes early"?? Administrators: there are issues here. I hope you don't lose a great doctor like Dr. Sardo over them.

Had a physical scheduled for my Uncle. It took months to get this appt. Then they call a week before saying she's not going to be in the office and gives us an appointment 6 months out! What kind of patient care is this?!

She is thorough, competent, and friendly. I have been looking for a PCP like Dr. Sardo for a long time, I am so glad I made the switch!

I had to change doctors due to mine leaving the practice and because I moved. Dr. Sardo was absolutely wonderful. Her bedside manner felt more friendly and less strict doctor like. Her medicinal approach and knowledge makes me trust her and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this doctor!

I had a serious problem, the staff fit me into an appointment and within 10 days had the appointment, CT Scan, blood work, referral to a specialist and the operation. All very efficient.

Visit was wonderful as always. Only one problem - Dr. Sardo was to give me a referral to a dermatologist located in her building but it was NOT included in my take away packet of information. I need that referral.

Dr. Sardo is the best. The staff is friendly. Appointments are actually at the scheduled time. How crazy is that? I never feel rushed. Spends adequate time for me to remember all of the issues I wanted to discuss but usually forget.

I liked Dr Sardo so much after my first visit, I decided she will be my LAST DR ever! She listens, is a caring human being, professional, friendly and put me at ease. She is what every doctor should be. I am so happy she was referred to me.

I'm 68 years old and this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had! I have deep respect for doctors and have had some of the best care ever here in Florida...however, steer clear of this doctor and her office. They tormented me. I know that sounds extreme but I can't describe the experience any better. Every person I had to deal with (hospital, insurance agent, scheduler) had to fight for me to get them to issue the care I needed. I even filed a complaint with the medical board. Since everyone experienced their lack of professionalism I'm positive it wasn't just me. These people are evil in my estimation! I'm writing this a year after the fact so you can see how it still affects me. Traumatized by these people. Again, steer clear at all cost!
