The worst front desk staff(I think she’s the office manager).My dad is currently on surgery and I was about to ask for a Doctor’s note for his work to get him excused and she made me unwelcome without me even talking and she asked me in the most rudeful way and told me that I can’t ask a Doctor’s note on her office WHICH I DID 2 WEEKS AGO because this is my dad’s second surgery.She said that I should get it on the other area when the surgery center told me go to Doctor’s Creech office on the first hand.Very intimading and acts like she knows everything but can’t even know how to give a Doctor’s note.Will never return here!

Dr Creeg Was personable and instructive throughout the entire process, from the original consultation to the post op visit. My cataract surgery was a resounding success, and I was able to see clearly the very same day. I now have 20/20 vision after years of wearing progressive glasses and contact lenses.

I called after reviewing the comments and was hoping to finally get my vision issue . The receptionist that answered was unaware about certain procedures done to correct color vision. She seemed rushed on the phone and wasn’t paying attention to the question being asked. She states that the comments posted are the service they don’t offer! 🤔Lost Hope and disappointed!

Horrible front office staff. Thee worst office manager I've ever dealt with. I went there for a Lasix consultation and was put in for cataracts. When asked what was going on the office manager made me feel so stupid. I explained that I was unaware of what she was speaking about. She informed me that my previous doctor had sent records stating that I have cataracts, which is untrue. After speaking to numerous other patients, I'd never return there. Nor will I EVER recommend this place. Horrible Horrible place.

Brought my wife here for Lasik only to be told the Dr wasn't here. We drove up here from over an hour away so to have that happen is totally unacceptable

Don't schedule an 8am appointment. They won't let you in until 8am, then you spend 5 minutes checking in with the kiosk. what a joke and waste of my time.
