Dr. Lu helped my boyfriend so much. We are on vacation and he got an eye infection and Dr. Lu made sure he got what he needed even though they were slammed. He was a very nice guy

First cataract eye was very cloudy 24 hrs after surgery and through next few days. Second eye surgery was a completely different experience! Super clear vision! Thank you Dr. Lu!!!

Dr Lu and his staff are WONDERFUL! I had an eye emergency on a Friday, Good Friday no less, while we were on vacation 3+ hours from home. After finding their office on google, and seeing the reviews, we called at 10am and by noon we were in their parking lot because he was willing to see me. I was treated just as if I was a patient with a normal appointment, and not like I was an inconvenience nor did I feel like they rushed to get me in and out. So thankful that they were willing and able to see me! They did a very thorough eye exam, and after their diagnosis were able to have drops sent to the pharmacy next door for me. After I was finished they also printed out everything so that I could bring it home with me for a follow up with a specialist in my area, rather than having to do a "Records Release" for them to send later. I'm so thankful for Dr Lu and his staff for treating me as they did. I'm hoping to not have to see him again, but should I have any need for a specialist when we are in that area, I will DEFINITELY call them !!

I thought what I might have had wrong with my eyes was a medical emergency. I first called a Bayhealth Ophthalmologist because I have been with Bayhealth for many, many years. They didn't seem to care, they had no time or room to see me. So I called these guys. They took me right in no questions asked. They squeezed me in. I will never forget the good care they took of me when I really needed it. When you need an eyecare specialist whether it be an optometrist or ophthalmologist, use these guys.

Dr Gretz is a kind, patient Dr. nice to see in younger generation. The back staff girls are so funny & kind as well. Did not get chance to work with reception as they were busy with others, they seemed very kind & in tune to their needs. Thank you for a good experience!
