Excellent, quick , high quality service . Joana the manager , Dr. Maria, the Dentist , who is Brazilian, speaks Portuguese, we’re both amazing, as well as the front desk ladies . We appreciate the great service!! I highly recommend this establishment!

Truly a fantastic dental experience for my kids. My son was so nervous to go back to the dentist after his first visit at another place. It was such a different experience going to this dentist. From the moment you walk inside the entire dental office is completely child centered. There are very engaging games for them in the waiting area. Every staff member treated me and kids so kindly. Handling their fears with love and care. I can’t say enough good things of this practice!

My son was very well taken care of during his appointment. The dentist was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Being able to communicate in Portuguese made the experience even more comfortable and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend her, especially for Portuguese-speaking families!

Super smiles Kids Dental is the most amazing pediatric dentist in the state, and we have seen plenty being Florida natives. I say this with complete transparency and honesty. I have always had issues with my own teeth at a young age. Feared the dentist. My children will not ever see another Dentist beside Dr. Maria. She is in a league of her own. She is beyond brilliant, calm, caring, kind, and she knows dentistry better than any dentist I’ve seen in my 45 years and 23 years as a medical veteran. Both my boys need extensive work. They helped us with referrals, options, plans, not to mention these angels saw us last minute for an emergency double extraction visit today. They were thorough yet fast and efficient with my autistic 5 year old. My son left the office smiling, talking, and hugging the front desk staff, he does not do this. He is usually very off-put by touch, and he was ecstatic with his new healthy smile. My heart is full, and I’m so grateful for this wonderful team. Office is Spock and span clean, the lovely staff are professional, caring beyond the call of duty, and feel like family. We found our forever home for all our dental needs. Excellent day, and I’ve not ever said that about going to the dentist. They think of everything. From little trinkets, soothing items, tvs you can watch in the actual chair, and most importantly, they focus on the patient, as well as the family, while making sure oral hygiene is at top priority. This is a blessing in today’s world. Thank you Dr. Maria, and team. We will see you soon for our cleanings AND looking forward to it! Thank you for all you do and for the kind of patient care that doesn’t exist anymore. In a league of their own. 10/10 stars!

I’ve been going here since I was a young kid and I’m 18 this year. Over the last couple years, they’ve remodeled and even added learning/creativity tools in the waiting room. It’s always sweet to see the kids using them to play word, math, critical thinking, and art games(and makes me a little jealous lol). The best part about this location, though, is the staff. It’s always a little awkward going to this dentist at my big age, but every nurse and dentist is overwhelmingly kind and a pleasure to talk to. My recent visit with Dr. Rivas and assistant JOhanna was very memorable and sweet. I was nervous to get my second cavity removed after a bad experience elsewhere, but Dr. Rivas and JOhannas energy and conversation distracted me from realizing the procedure was already over. Dr. Rivas’s technique was very painless and non invasive. By the end of it, I was laughing and not dreading booking my 6 month follow up. Thank you JOhanna for helping me learn Spanish and letting me butcher my accent! ¡Qué bacano conocer Colombia! ¡Muchas gracias JOhanna! Overall, THE best children’s dentist I’ve been to. They really care about making it a pleasant experience. Former kid approved!

I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent visit to your office. My children are regular patients at Super Smiles, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing appointments we have experienced. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seen on time, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to see that multiple children were scheduled for the same time slot and taken back together. This immediately created a rushed and impersonal environment. The dental hygienist attending to one of my children appeared unprofessional and unprepared. Her scrubs were visibly unclean, her hair was not properly tied back, and her overall demeanor suggested she was rushing through the appointment. The cleaning itself lasted less than five minutes and did not reflect the level of care I expect for my children. After the cleanings, all patients were left waiting simultaneously for the dentist. When the doctor arrived, she had to move quickly from one child to the next. This created an uncomfortable and chaotic setting, with multiple TVs playing, background noise, and other parents and children present—making it difficult to hear and focus on the consultation. The entire experience felt rushed, noisy, and lacking in privacy. Additionally, when I initially scheduled this appointment, I specifically requested that enough time be allocated for sealants to be completed during the same visit, as returning for another appointment is inconvenient due to the travel involved. Despite this, I was informed at the end of the visit that there was no time to complete the sealants and that I would need to reschedule. When I addressed this with the front desk, I was told the schedule was fully booked and that nothing could be done, despite my prior request being noted. This was frustrating and disappointing, as it reflects a lack of coordination and consideration for patients’ time. Overall, this visit did not meet the standard of care or professionalism I expect from your practice. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future patient experiences.
