We recently completed my son's Phase 1 orthodontic treatment at the Coral Springs location and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you to Dr. Andrew and the entire team! I especially want to recognize Vanessa, the Orthodontic Assistant. She truly made all the difference in my son's treatment. Her patience, kindness and gentle approach immediately put him at ease during every visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions and made sure my son felt comfortable every step of the way. I honestly don't think we would have made it through the treatment as smoothly without her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Vanessa is an absolute gem and we are so grateful for the outstanding care she provided. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic care!

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated during my phone call today. The woman I spoke with was rude, disrespectful, and made what should have been a simple conversation very unpleasant. I felt completely disrespected and belittled. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, this experience had neither. I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of treatment.

I’m honestly really disappointed with the level of care and urgency shown here. My son had been complaining of dental pain for the past couple of days, so I first tried taking him as a walk-in to the Coconut Creek office, only to find it closed despite Google saying they were open. The next morning, I arrived at the Coral Springs location 15 minutes before opening hoping my child could be seen quickly since he was clearly in pain. Instead, I was told I could either sit and wait with no estimated time given or come back at 2 PM. At that point there were no other patients there yet, and they easily could’ve seen him first or at least showed some urgency for a child in pain. Instead, they waited until every scheduled patient arrived before even attempting to help him. Once we finally got brought back to a room, I was told the doctor would be in “shortly.” To most people, shortly means maybe 5–10 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes while staff kept trying to justify the delay because he was a “squeeze in.” I completely understand appointments and scheduling, but when a child is in pain, there should be at least some compassion, communication, or urgency shown. What made it worse was being told the doctor would come right after finishing the previous patient, only for me to watch the doctor walk past my son’s room and go into another one, not once but FOUR TIMES!!! That felt incredibly unfair and honestly upsetting as a parent. Waited an hour and 45 mins all for the doctor to be in the room for 2 mins. The office itself may be nice, but the lack of empathy and urgency for children in pain was very disappointing.

We had a great first visit today. Everyone was super nice and my boys enjoyed themselves. Thank you!
