Recently, due to losing primary care to changes with network insurance issues. Change to maxhealth care was the greatest thing that we have done. So far our experience couldn't be the best ever. Professional atmosphere and choosing dr. Nina Lundberg to be our primary care provided, her knowledge, experience,etc...couldn't be more appealing towards our needs 😀 ❤️

I was a new patient, had no waiting time in the lobby. Dr. Lunberg was easy to talk to and very personable. The whole staff were very nice. I do love that they have a 24 hour medical hotline!!No waiting time in lobby, everyone was very personable, Dr. Lunberg was easy to take to, and other appts were made for me before I left the office. I was especially impressed with the 24-hour medical hotline in the office

Beware using Maxhealth! I was forced to their Palmetto office when they bought out or took over the previous practice I went to and that doctor did not come with them. I saw Dr. Martinez last year who was wonderful - last week they called to reschedule my appointment because Dr. Martinez left. Today they called to cancel my appointment for tomorrow because they no longer take "commercial" insurance and I have to go to the office at Manatee Memorial. I call them and the next appointment is 3 months out. When I point out that I need a refill on necessary medication they won't refill it until I come in and see them. So 3 months without medication, minimum. Maxhealth doesn't care about its patients! Go somewhere else!

Dr. Lundberg is THE BEST! I thought I cracked my ribs. I called and was given an appointment that afternoon. She did a checkup and immediately sent me for an Xray. As soon as she received my results she called me herself! I also love the communication I received from MaxHealth. I have never received such care from any doctor or health group I’ve been a part of.
