Excellent first visit. Professional atmosphere with a friendly feel.Dr M. Khorshid and her nurse assistant are very thorough.
I have been a patient at Max Health for almost 10 years and have always received excellent care and the staff is very friendly
Great service when I was in need of care . Fast and very sensitive to my needs I had strep throat and was in severe distress. I’m a nurse and felt terrible . The care and concern was helpful I felt taken care of. Thank you 😊
Great staff. Caring friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. People care about you.
Had a very good experience there. I came to the appointment on time and only had to wait a very short time to see the Dr. When I did the appointment went well, was efficient and very trustworthy. All the staff were very professional and friendly. There I will stay! Glen T.
Beware using Maxhealth! I was forced to their Palmetto office when they bought out or took over the previous practice I went to and that doctor did not come with them. I saw Dr. Martinez last year who was wonderful - last week they called to reschedule my appointment because Dr. Martinez left. Today they called to cancel my appointment for tomorrow because they no longer take "commercial" insurance and I have to go to the office at Manatee Memorial. I call them and the next appointment is 3 months out. When I point out that I need a refill on necessary medication they won't refill it until I come in and see them. So 3 months without medication, minimum. Maxhealth doesn't care about its patients! Go somewhere else!
So grateful for all your medical help and the kindness you showed me. I will refer my wife and others to you. God bless you!
I have relied on MaxHealth Primary Care on State Road 70 in East Bradenton for going on 10 years (as of 2026). They have been mostly excellent. Let me note that for a time (2024-ish?) they seemed to use a call center for appointments and other matters over phone, and whatever service they used was not all that helpful. During the past year, though, that seems to no longer be active. I've been able to contact people who work at this location directly when I call their number. My experiences have been entirely positive when going here for appointment or urgent care. When I do have an appointment, I've rarely had to wait more than 30 minutes after the appointment time. Mostly, they are nearly on schedule. On occasion when I've had unexpected illness and have been a "walk in," I've been seen by one of their doctors or physician assistants within an hour - to me that's good considering how Florida has a medical professional shortage. All of the nurses, PAs, and doctors here have always taken the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly go over my health, including annual exams. The front office staff have always been prompt and helpful, too. P.A. Dale is especially excellent and has been forthright about my health behaviors, patient in going over my concerns, and extremely supportive of my efforts to work toward ever better health. He has been personable and considerate, too. Again, I have relied on MaxHealth as my primary care for a decade. They have never done me wrong. If you seek excellent care with people who look out for your well-being, I recommend considering them. I am glad that they are here to assist my wellness!
Very friendly and kind staff from the smily faces at the front desk to the nurses and PA. I’ll be back in a month to meet the doctor, my primary care physician. I’m sure she will be outstanding, kind and caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
