Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health - Otolaryngology / Ent's Online Review Report Card

My wife went in for a hip replacement over two years ago and something life altering happened during surgery. She now spends 4-6 hours a day in either a foot brace, electrical muscle stimulation, pool or physical therapy centers for "foot drop". She was left with the inability to raise her foot naturally when she walks and has lost 50% of her calf muscle due to atrophy. She requires narcotics just to sleep, can not stand up for more than several minutes. This mishap has had a devastating affect on her life. Those that are considering this type of surgery be warned and read the fine print in what you are agreeing to.

They billed my insurance $500 for a telehealth appointment. We were supposed to go over the results of a test which they never sent me. The only reason I called in was to explain that I was never sent the test to complete and to not bill me. Instead they billed my insurance $500 and say I owe the $50 copay. . Called my insurance company today to report insurance fraud.

Receptionist and nurses are rude! Stay away! Not only did this doctor in the photo (on left) make my 84 year old grandma come to an appt he missed 5 times in a row he then requested my sister her care giver and I couldn't be in the room with them while we talk about her care. He would rather play golf then see his patients.

Avoid this place at all costs. The receptionist is rude af. They lose your medical records, laugh about it , refuse to call with the blood work results that THEY ordered. Lost my mammogram results July 28,2023. They make you wait two-three hours past your appointment time. They could care less.

Yeah I agree with the 1 star from the guy above . These “doctors” do not try and find the cause, rather push you to useless in office procedures. Ended up in hospital many days due to a middle ear infection these guys let go for months, and said I needed turbinoplasty and it made my symptoms even worse. When I try and get an emergency apt these guys say I have to wait over a week to see anyone when the hospital said I needed to get in with them immediately. These people play with peoples lives

Recently had surgery by Dr Clark and the place from beginning to end is top notch. Appointments were always on time and staff is efficient. It has been the best medical experience I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Ever since Sam past this practice has gone to shit! Find any place else and drive if you have to.

It's too bad, really. Dr. Sameer Nagamia seemed to me to be a good, caring cardiologist, but his front staff ruined everything for me. They are the most rude and unprofessional medical staff I have ever encountered at Florida Medical Clinic. I never get treated like this on Dr. Zacarri's side of the clinic. Dr. Nagamia's staff will cancel appointments without notice and lie about having left you a voicemail message. I had an appointment that was requested by the Dr. himself based on symptoms I was having. He ordered blood work and everything prior to the appointment and when I showed up (still having symptoms), I was told that my appointment was canceled. I took a day of leave to make the appointment. I will finding a new cardiologist and I will be sending an invoice to Florida Medical Clinic for the time I wasted.

This is only for the cardiologist I will never return back and I will get a second opinion. Extremely disappointed I didn't find them to be helpful regarding my situation. They don't return calls having the nerve to be disrespectful. Also whatever you give over the phone is what you'll receive back. When looking into my patient portal, I should be able to have a complete description of what my ECO & Stress stated there should be a breakdown. I will have to get a copy of my medical records from all the tests and exams. I will find a DOCTOR that will be more concerned with taking the next step regarding my HEALTH.

I called today and spoke with a young lady name Brie in the family medical office she was very polite and positive even though I was looking at my situation in the most negative way she really brightened up my day cheers to her she is amazing!!!!
