Called to cancel appt and re-schedule because I was sick with 2 day migraine and vertigo. Could not drive. Called as soon as office opened at 8. Was told I would have to pay a “no show” fee, even though I was clearly not a “no show” and my appointment time was still nearly 2 hours later at 10. I was so upset at this uncaring, money hungry approach that I cancelled my upcoming appt and will see a doc that is a little more reasonable. To require that a sick person come in for an office appointment not only could spread disease, but also, as in my case due to the vertigo, encourages unsafe driving. I’m still in disbelief as to the way that I was treated by Florida Medical Clinic.

Beware. This is not an ear, nose, and throat doctor. It’s just a nose and throat doctor. Receptionist said he does not see patients for their ears. Called and made an appointment last week. Over the weekend I got a text to confirm my appointment with a nurse practitioner. I call first thing Monday to schedule with a doctor there. She said their doctors do not see people for their ear issues. What a joke of a doctor. Wasted my time and now I have to try to find an appointment this week.

The ENT office is terrible. The front desk staff always seem upset. They are not friendly or welcoming! I’m allergic to iodine and need a CT scan. For weeks I’ve asked for other options. I was told they would do it without just to arrive and now I’m told they won’t. It’s very frustrating. The fact I have a mass is scary but to have staff and the ARPN, Heather not seem to care is disheartening. The radiology center advised me that people refuse iodine all the time and usually they do it without. My reaction is severe although I know it shows clearer, I don’t want to risk my life. Heather, the ARPN refused to do it without iodine. They told me to get it done at the hospital without providing any instructions. Very disappointed in this place!

I loved this doctor! She was the first doctor in many years to actually treat my ear infection. It was a fungal infection and until her everyone wanted to give me antibiotics. My appointment was a year ago and I haven't needed to go back.

Dr. was great. Was excited to get call from coordinator/office manager. It's been almost a month and no one has called me. I tried calling last week and no return call has yet been made. Sucks to find a good Dr. but poor management. When I asked who the office manager was, they said it was the coordinator who was suppose to call with my insurance info and to schedule the surgery.

Husband went in for ear issues and they talked him into a sinus surgery. We were going to schedule the surgery at the end of the month in December, but all they were concerned about was that my insurance was going to change, and I needed to pay the deductible for next year. Even though they did not know what type of insurance I have. Not very happy. Maybe I should have looked at the reviews for this office.

Dr will not see ear patients. Only does “sciences”

Don't go to this ENT. I went in for ear problems and they railroaded me into a balloon surgery for sinuses. Every time I went in, I had to remind them what the original problem was. Got the surgery, sinuses are about the same, and my ears were never addressed. Basically, seems like everyone gets sinus balloon surgery here no matter what your problem is.
