Wow! I entered this location just to go with my mother and sister. However, salome. The individual who assisted not only my mom, my sister, but also included me, and my girlfriend, and she proceeded by showing us for all of the sunglasses that they had on sale. She was patient, described the glasses, as if she designed them, and we all definitely will go Back, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You For A. Wonderful Experience.

I called the store to inquire about an exam, and the employee I spoke with, Arianna, was incredibly short, unhelpful, and came across as completely annoyed. Her tone made it seem like I was bothering her, just for asking a basic question. There was no courtesy, no patience—and to top it off, she hung up the phone before I could even ask anything else. It was clear she had no interest in helping me at all. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine the in-person service. Management needs to take this seriously, because this kind of attitude is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I absolutely won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Savannah was amazing! She was so patient and Kind, she definitely deserves a raise because I was being so indecisive and she was so caring and kept helping me try on new glasses and asking me questions to help me find a pair I would be happy with! Thank you!

They make you wait for service while two employees just sit around doing nothing. Your frames are ridiculously priced and nothing nice. Even inexpensive plastic frames are overpriced. Your lenses are outrageous for single vision. Waste of time.

I always have a good experience but today I have the worst experience in this place I order to pair of eyeglasses for my nice. but my surprise was the they add insurance .whe I went to pick up I told them I don't want the insurance and I want to cancel But the person who helped me was so rude (manager) she told me no refunds but I told her I don't order insurance but she said you have to read whatever you sing and I know that but what kind a services you provide to customer adding something we don't ask poor and rude customer service

Quick & easy service, the stuff was super helpful. Sandy saved me some coins by being able to fix my glasses. Plus she was a pink girly so she understood the assignment.

I normally haven’t had issues here but this time they tried to upsell me twice causing me to come back multiple times. In the initial one they tried to tell me I asked for colored contacts which I’ve never worn before. Then when the cost of the contacts was $150 more than usual and I questioned it, the associate said it was the case since January. Come to find out they ordered the most expensive version of the contacts, night and day, which I’ve never used before. Three trips to the office and finally got the correct prescription. I would look elsewhere if you have an option.

Savannah was very kind and helpful. Any questions I had she was able to answer and was willing to help. Such great service.

Taylor was good with helping with the glasses but the wait time was not acceptable it should not take 3 hours
