I took both of my daughters to Super Smiles Kids Dental today located in Lyons Rd. (Coconut Creek) This was their very first dentist visit so it’s an important event for all of us. I am so glad that I picked the right dentist for them. Everyone was so nice, the whole staff was great! They made them feel comfortable the whole time. They also have tablets where the kids can watch something to help them feel less nervous. Which I believe helped a lot. As a parent who keeps record of every photo(s) and videos of my kids experiences, I am so happy and satisfied with this visit. My kids went home happy and even more excited to go back. Picking the right place for your kids is very important since they may get scared or nervous and might not want to go back depending on their experience. I definitely recommend them 💯%

Do NOT go to this location if you’re law enforcement or support law enforcement. I showed up with my duty weapon for my son’s appointment and they refused to treat him unless I locked it in vehicle. This was after they were aware I was law enforcement. There are plenty of other dental offices for kids. Avoid this one.

I’m giving this place 2 stars mainly because of the front desk staff. They are consistently rude, and scheduling appointments is always a frustrating experience. They tend to push you into the exact date and time they offer, and if you ask for alternatives, they make it seem like they’re fully booked for weeks almost forcing you to accept their first option. I recently called to schedule an appointment for my son and had a very unpleasant interaction. I mentioned I preferred an after-school time, and I was told there were no available appointments at any location. The only options given were weeks out. I reluctantly agreed to book one, but then immediately called another location and found out there were actually several available times that were never mentioned to me. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Scheduling has always been difficult unless I accept exactly what they suggest. The same issue happened with cleanings I’ve had to go on separate days because they “couldn’t” find availability to do both cleaning and braces adjustments together, only to later find out other locations offer both on the same day. Because of this ongoing issue, I will not be returning to this location, even if it means driving farther.

Amazing experience! The staff was friendly, patient, and great with my son. The office is clean and welcoming, and the dental team especially Veronica! She made my child feel comfortable the entire time. They also give goodie bags for all the kiddos. My son left happy and ready for his next appointment! Highly recommend for any parent—truly a 5-star visit!

Awesome service from the min I walked thru the door it’s been nothing short of amazing the ladies at check in was warm and welcoming the dental technician and the dentist also had an amazing attitude they made me and my 2 kids very comfortable they explained everything to me. I will be taking my kids back for sure. 10s all across the board!

Awesome first experience for my daughter! The staff are all super nice and patient. Definitely went above and beyond to make her happy!
