Super Smiles Kids Dental's Online Review Report Card

Scheduled an appointment for my kid and when I brought my daughter in, they said an appointment was never scheduled…and on top of that, I had brought in the wrong daughter when I confirmed with the office multiple times prior on which daughter had the visit. Super disappointing.

Dr. Rivas and Erika are such an amazing Duo. From the front desk , the dental hygienist , Dentist and assitant you will have an amazing experience for your kids. I am more than blessed to find this practice after trying many. My daughter was ofraid from the dentist , scared , crying. They were patient, welcoming, knowledgeable and always with a big smile during her visit. She got a cleaning, x rays and a filling. They are amazing. You need to try them

My daughter’s very first dentist visit couldn’t have gone any better! From the moment we walked in, everyone at Super Smiles Kids Dental made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Jasmin was amazing at the front desk—friendly, welcoming, and got us checked in smoothly. Tina handled the insurance intake and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Veronica was absolutely wonderful with my daughter during her cleaning and X-rays. She was patient, gentle, and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire process, which meant a lot to me considering this was her first dental experience. The whole team was professional, kind, and great with kids. They turned what could have been a nervous first visit into such a positive experience. Huge thank you to Jasmin, Tina, and Veronica for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a great pediatric dental office!

I was very disappointed with the Pompano location. I live in Parkland and originally wanted to visit the Coral Springs office, but they had no availability, so I was referred to Pompano. I assumed all Super Smiles locations offered the same quality, but this office was completely different. It looked old, had an unpleasant smell, and the equipment seemed poorly maintained. The cleaning didn't feel like a professional dental cleaning, and the overall experience was very disappointing. This location does not reflect the quality shown on your website. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment we walked in, the front desk receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire staff was kind and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist was amazing and treated my daughter with such patience, kindness, and care. They made her feel at ease, and I truly appreciated the compassion they showed. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Today was my second time taking our kids to the dentist, ages 2 and 4. I cannot say enough good things about this place, they treat the kids like absolute royalty. The amount of toys stickers, goodie bags, balloons and bubble wands on site are any kids dream. They also have TVs to keep the kids distracted. The entire staff, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the hygienists and the doctor- are all amazing. Our kids can’t wait to go back! Shout out to Victoria for her BEAUTIFUL energy!

Way to go Dr. Ribbas Hygienist Ms.Erica We had such a great experience with this dental office! My daughter had to have a tooth pulled, and I was really worried because she was already in a lot of pain and very nervous. The dentist and staff were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything in a way that helped both of us feel at ease, and they made sure she was comfortable before starting. The procedure was quick and much smoother than we expected, and my daughter felt immediate relief afterward. I truly appreciate how caring and professional the entire team was. It made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I highly recommend this office to any parents looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist for their children!
