Thank you to the whole staff for making this experience not so bad. I went in for a test and it was timely the whole staff was awesome and throughout my time there everything was explained to me and I didn’t feel confused or left out of any of the process. Clover did an amazing job with the IV Chad the anesthesiologist was really friendly and the other nurses Kathleen and Kelly were just as wonderful. I was also pleased to have the best doctor I’ve ever had performing the test. His name is doctor Ernstoff and if you need a gastroenterologist he’s your man Once again thank you and I’m so grateful that if I need anything else done I get to go here.

Clean organized and friendliest staff from desk to nurse to doctors of any clinic Ive ever been to for just about anything from NY to CA to FL. Im of a certain age when certain things need to be checked and they did an immaculate job from start to finish. VERY thankful I was in their capable hands.

This property communicate very bad just step the building try to charge extra money when you ask questions he don’t want to answer you he say we call you no body call and voicemail she say we send you email email say nothing you don’t have any chance pay extra money some one rip off you

I had an excellent experience regarding my colonoscopy last week. The site is immaculate the staff are friendly and professional and Dr. Ronen Arai was incredible Highly recommended.

Dr. Michael B. Sternthal is Awesome. The Center is wonderful. The Office Staff is very courteous and polite. Truly everyone on his team are caring and kind Professionals. They all took their time explaining everything. They create an atmosphere that is very peaceful and relaxing. I was nervous about my procedures but they made me feel very comfortable as I had complete trust in their care and decisions. The are an Amazing Team of Professionals.

Hard to believe but my colonoscopy without anesthesia was an absolute five star experience. Doctor Arai and his amazing staff made the procedure comfortable and absolutely thorough. The doctor is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable I highly recommend this facility and especially Dr. Arai Kathie and the rest of his team. Take note of the reviews. All the positive reviews are from people that had procedures done. Thats what you look for when you look for an endoscopy center or any other medical facility. Thanks guys

From a clinical standpoint I was very satisfied with the care my daughter received. On the financial side not so much. While I understand the need to pay for services upfront this place needs to practice what they preach. There was an error in calculating my out of pocket amount that was due at the time of the procedure. When I was told the amount I did question how that much was due but was told they had spoken with my insurance company and the amount was in fact correct. Since you are given very little notice of the amount they claim is due and you can’t have the procedure done until you pay I had no choice but to hand over $1886 on the day of the procedure. Of course when I spoke to my insurance company they had a different out of pocket amount that was dramatically different....to the tune of almost $1000 less than what I paid. I called the billing department and they agreed that I had in fact overpaid and was due a refund. This is the good part....she would process my request today 716 and it could take up to 20 days for my money to be returned. They received the information of my overpayment from my insurance company on 76 but did not feel the need to process my refund until I called and told them they owed me money. According to the woman I spoke with refunds aren’t processed until the customer calls them to tell them they want their money back. So check your explanation of benefits and make sure to contact them if you overpaid or else your money will just sit there. I also find it ironic that they need their money immediately but when you overpay it can take 20 days before you get your money back but that’s a whole other issue.

Best staff ever I had the most amazing experience doing a colonoscopy without sedation with doctor Arai. Highly recommend

Here today for my second time. Excellent service nice facility amp modern. Im giving 4 stars because they want us here at 630am and dont call us back until 720am....  50 minutes of just waiting when we were the first ones here thats not nice. Other than that everything was ok. The waiting area has a machine that brews fresh coffee espresso amp hot chocolate.
