Thank you to the whole staff for making this experience not so bad. I went in for a test and it was timely the whole staff was awesome and throughout my time there everything was explained to me and I didn’t feel confused or left out of any of the process. Clover did an amazing job with the IV Chad the anesthesiologist was really friendly and the other nurses Kathleen and Kelly were just as wonderful. I was also pleased to have the best doctor I’ve ever had performing the test. His name is doctor Ernstoff and if you need a gastroenterologist he’s your man Once again thank you and I’m so grateful that if I need anything else done I get to go here.

Clean organized and friendliest staff from desk to nurse to doctors of any clinic Ive ever been to for just about anything from NY to CA to FL. Im of a certain age when certain things need to be checked and they did an immaculate job from start to finish. VERY thankful I was in their capable hands.

I had an excellent experience regarding my colonoscopy last week. The site is immaculate the staff are friendly and professional and Dr. Ronen Arai was incredible Highly recommended.

Dr. Michael B. Sternthal is Awesome. The Center is wonderful. The Office Staff is very courteous and polite. Truly everyone on his team are caring and kind Professionals. They all took their time explaining everything. They create an atmosphere that is very peaceful and relaxing. I was nervous about my procedures but they made me feel very comfortable as I had complete trust in their care and decisions. The are an Amazing Team of Professionals.

Hard to believe but my colonoscopy without anesthesia was an absolute five star experience. Doctor Arai and his amazing staff made the procedure comfortable and absolutely thorough. The doctor is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable I highly recommend this facility and especially Dr. Arai Kathie and the rest of his team. Take note of the reviews. All the positive reviews are from people that had procedures done. Thats what you look for when you look for an endoscopy center or any other medical facility. Thanks guys

While still fresh and after the anesthesia has worn off I want to express my gratitude by way of this review to my Lord and Great Physician first and foremost. Then to all of the team at Baptist Endoscopy Center which by the way perform more than endoscopies. I recently went through quite the health scare when I was referred to a Gastroenterologist and an Oncologist so that further studies would be done to rule out the C word that no one wants to hear diagnosed. But I was highly favored and was placed under the care of the finest medical team.I underwent a procedure at this center and from the first encounter the staff was superb Shout outs to Juliene Nurse Dawn Anesthesiologists Dr. Gross and Maria Medical Assistant Grace and Nurse Erin and last but certainly not in the very least Dr. Michael Sternthal. The professional kindhearted caring and witty character that this team exemplified individually and corporately made such a huge impact in me and my family. The center is like any stateoftheart Baptist Health medical facilitythey made no concession for their patients Upon checkin they give you a buzzer like those we are all used to holding at some restaurants. You wait in a small waiting area and then youre privately called to a desk where they confirm your registration. A few minutes later youre called in by a nurse you say see you soon to your family member or hugs and blessings to all three or four family members if youre Hispanic. I wanted to Uber there but my family was very offended. Mami even brought a little care package with a guava pastelito for me for when I awoke but they wouldnt allow it in. Hehe Everything was immaculate and I loved seeing the young lady who cleaned and sanitized walk by often. She was meticulous and that made me feel safe from any possible Staph or other contaminants. The socks were the softest and best of any medical facility. And I loved they had a separate bag for my eyeglasses What else can I say but that this is a center that proudly bears its Baptist name known for quality first in everything they do.

I get stressed out by any medical procedure. I tend to start shaking and get very nervous. All of the staff there was friendly and patient with me. They explained everything and did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The one and only mild discomfort I felt the entire time was the pin prick from the IV and that was it. I am so thankful for everything they did for me.

I visited Dr Schneider for the first time today. Everyone from registration to scheduling department went above and beyond.Everyone was pleasant and professional and I was seen in a timely manner. Dr Schneider was sympathetic to my needs and listened intently as well as reviewed my medical records. I was very pleased with this facility.
