One Health in Largo did a great job this past week. I had a pain in my chest and they had me come in and in an hour I was on an EKG machine. Dr E and all her staff were friendly, professional and got the job done. Great service ! Highly recommend.

My experience with One Health and Dr Collazo was fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Collazo is knowledgeable and efficient and took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

The staff is very helpful, and friendly. Quick to get information back to you after any testing. Dr. Collazo takes his time with you, will listen to your concerns and come up with a plan that both of you are good with. Truly cares about his patience.

Dr Collazo's office is a clean, accessible place to go for your medical concerns. He and his team are very friendly, it feels like you are talking to family members, which is a big plus in the medicine industry these days. After so many years trying to find a doctor that would prescribe me the right pill combination for my medical condition, he was able to come up with the right one on the first visit, and I saw immediate results. Highly recommended.

I am a new patient at OneHealth Primary Care with Dr, Collazo. I am very pleased with his practice. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I like that the labs are in house so you don’t have to schedule with a third party lab. Scheduling is easy and the doctor has been prompt on appointment times. I would recommend Dr. Collazo and OneHealth Primary care to anyone looking for a new physician.

This is my third visit to One health Primary Care. In Dunedin. My experience has always been awesome with Dr. Alex Collazo. He’s friendly full of energy has great bedside manners he listens and he is so knowledgeable, thorough and caring. He makes me feel like I’ve known him for years. Gives great advice on how to eat Better to stay healthy gives you ideas and written literature and pamphlets with lots of beautiful colors on it with foods to see to read and follow for a better way of eating to stay healthy . I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Collazo dedicates time to your visit with him. He’s not in and out of the room onto the next patient. He takes his time with you and I really love that about him. It’s really difficult to find a doctor that will do that in these times that we are now living. Dr. Collazo actually sits and listens to what you have to say . Then there’s Juliana she’s The Medical assistant. with a beautiful Brazilian accent, Also friendly and courteous. Juliana makes you feel comfortable , Relaxed ,a people person. makes you feel like at home Part of the family . Carlos handles the reception area. He’s on top of his game he doesn’t Miss a beat. He gives the best directions and landmarks to get to Get to the office. You can’t miss it with his directions. Also friendly , Courteous and always willing to help.. The place is immaculate, clean with Beautiful tones of color and floors. Clean neat organized.. and has clean bathrooms!!! I really appreciate that. Also the waiting time is short .I didn’t have to sit and wait for more than 10 minutes for my turn every single time that I have Been there. The first time I went to see Dr. Collazo before I was called in The couple that came out told me “If You see Dr. Collazo you’re going to love him . He is great .What a wonderful doctor. He’s a big WOW of a doctor. He is amazing” and they were so Right!!!

Please Read this review before deciding to sign loved ones up here or go yourself. This place seems great at first but when it comes time for hard paperwork or going through insurance they flake. Husband had an X ray which showed masses on his HEART and LUNG at the er after an accident. ER Dr had a CT scan run and she said CT scans miss up to 30% of cancers while the CT scan did not show anything she STRESSED how important it was to not dilly dally and to have a PETSCAN done she thought the x ray was catching something early and said not to waste time. The following day he met with a different specialist got a firm talking to about how important it was not to waste time how lucky the x ray might be in catching something when its starting before it progresses. Heidi and Dr. Echevarria automatically say insurance will not cover. They ran bloodwork and REFUSE to even see if the insurance will cover pet scan, REFUSE to write the script for him to self pay out of pocket. They would rather wait THREE WHOLE MONTHS to re run a CT SCAN THAT MISSES UP TO 30% of things! Information that is widely available on-line and having two separate colleagues in the field who are also MDs they are choosing to ignore because he is not sick enough yet and paperwork would be to much because they THINK not know because they haven't tried.... just say his insurance wouldn't cover it and still refuse to write an order. I am Livid partly at myself because I put my families health and trust in them. When paperwork gets hard they just refuse to do what should be done. This entire ordeal with them is absolutely absurd if you find yourself in this situation with them I strongly recommend you also leave a review here and other sites as well as the BBB. Contact your insurance and contact Medicaid and Medicare to file formal complaints like we are as this Dr is refusing the standard care that two separate Drs strongly advised he not waste time on as it could be something. This is not reasonable for anyone to be treated this way and then to recommend the same test he has already had done that misses such a large number of cancers and to force a wait of three months all to avoid paperwork. then blame it on the insurance which they have NOT EVEN tried.

The doctors are great! The office receptionist is awful. We were 3 minutes late and we had to wait an hour to be seen. And we even called and told them we were running late.
