Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and didn’t have to wait long
Quick in and out with minimal waiting. Professional staff from sign in to nurse to doctor. My primary care physician could not see me immediately so this urgent care facility was chosen. I will certainly use them agaiin.
Easy to make an appointment. Very little wait time. Staff and doctor were excellent! Would highly recommend.
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!! REVIEW UPDATED - While the initial care I received from Dr. Pine was very good, I feel compelled to share the rest of my experience. Normally, I would prefer to address such issues privately, and asked to do so, but this avenue was not made available to me by staff. My urine sample of February 5 was to be cultured at a lab to determine whether I was taking the appropriate antibiotic; However, I learned after several days of my following up, that this culture had been "cancelled" somehow and no further follow-up or explanation was given by the clinic other than to put responsibility on the lab for canceling my culture. UTI symptoms began recurring about 10 days post antibiotics, so I returned to clinic, where I was treated by Dr. Caldwell. He did a dip urinalysis, found blood in my urine, prescribed me a different antibiotic and I thought sent out the urine sample be cultured, as I requested, so I could get more specific results to take to a specialist. I called the clinic 4 days later and was told the lab hadn't sent back the results yet and it could take another few days. I returned to clinic today (5 days later) to ask about getting an additional 2 days of antibiotics as I still feel slightly symptomatic. The staff member was again having trouble locating any lab results from my culture and I became concerned as to whether they had been cancelled. Dr. Caldwell came out to the front desk, gave me a piece of paper and said “Here are your results. They are negative.” Bottom line - my urine culture, taken on Thursday, May 20, was not sent to the lab until Monday, May 24th. Why the delay of 4 days? I have no idea. My understanding is that a urine sample, if refrigerated, is only valid for 3 days, so my negative test results were based on an invalid specimen. Dr. Caldwell then told me my dip test results were negative on the 20th (but they weren’t according to my records from the clinic). I asked why this was not disclosed to me at the time and why antibiotics were prescribed without bacteria present. I was told "because you said you had symptoms." Bottom line: I found Dr. Caldwell arrogant, unapologetic, and uncaring. Truly disturbing and untrustworthy. So a very mixed experience.
Anthony and the support staff were so kind and helpful. They were efficient and effective! It was a very positive experience.
Walked in, wait time was minimal. Leana the medical assistant was very kind and helpful while taking my vitals. Anthony the PA was clear when addressing my issue and options. Left better than I entered - would recommend

Went to this facility with an infection in my foot and leg. I can’t say enough about Taylor the PA and the Only person manning the front desk and doing the best she could as the working nurse. Shame on the owner of this facility for not having more staff!!!! At the very least an office person at the front desk to sign in patients, handle the insurance input and answer the phones! The waiting room was full when we arrived shortly after 8:30 -we made an appointment for 10:30 -when we returned there were still many people coming and going along with the phone ringing and poor Daniella trying to handle everything. Again -shame on the owner! Get them some help!! Thank you to Dr Taylor PA and Daniella for taking great care of me! I hope you get the help you need!
