Called to make sure they took our insurance and asked for a ballpark on how much something would cost. Before I could even get the words out the lady very rudely interrupted. I hung up. That’s so disrespectful and what a wonderful first impression of your company. Smh.

The dentist Dr.williams had terrible bedside manner. He did not consider my choice said he could not do anything because they were closing in 1 hour when they were open for another 2 hours. Not very compassionate and was very bland and blunt . Didn’t like my experience. Office was very empty and that’s probably no surprise because of how they treat you .

Decent care. The techs and dentists work well together. I wish there was more consistency in who I get to work with whenever I come in while I'm working on a dental procedure that takes several months. But that's just a personal preference. My only complaint is sometimes communication lines get a little crossed, but nothing that isn't easily worked out.

The staff make me feel well come and convertible.

walked in nobody helped me they were talking to each and ignoring me..totally rude. nobody was in front of me..not a good first impression. they wer still rude and I decided to walk out and say I am going to aspen dental instead..they still did not care..no wonder the office was empty. this is how you people do businees and treat new patients..good luck!!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment, came in, I didn’t have enough insurance info, they wouldn’t look it up, do I had to reschedule. Second time, still not the right info, no help from the staff, just rescheduled again. Third time, I have the correct insurance info. I got there early to fill out paperwork. Waiting room is empty. Staff walking around everywhere. While waiting I heard interactions between a mother trying to get her son’s dental care completed. The front desk staff were snotty and they didn’t communicate well, like they didn’t care. After the mother and her son left, the staff behind the desk started talking bad about her. Talking about her not having any gray matter, other comments geared toward stupidity. They didn’t even try to be quiet. I was a captive audience. Meanwhile I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time, empty lobby, staff everywhere. I got up and left telling them to shred my info. Bad, unhelpful attitudes, unprofessional. I wonder if all the Greenberg Dental places are the same?

They never returned my calls after telling me they had to get approval from my insurance company. I waited for them to call me initially and when they didn't I tried multiple times and left messages. No return call what so ever. They did an exam for broken tooth and took x-rays and of course billed my insurance. Now I have to pay out of pocket at another dentist since they used my up my limited amount of coverage from my insurance company. If I could give 0 stars I would but the lowest is 1.

Amazing staff, very patient and kind.

Had x-rays done, supposedly. Was advised I needed a root canal and to go to the front desk for scheduling. They stole $36 from me! I left, as I knew that information was incorrect. Went to another dentist, x-ray done. I don't even have a cavity. Y'all ain't banking off of me! Sending me to your little friends so y'all can charge the insurance! ZERO STARS!

Nelly the Dental Hygienist, at the Eustis location is very very rough. Worst cleaning she was not going between gum and tooth she was just cutting the gum. I thought it was just me but I asked my child and it was an horrible experience as well!! So we will not be going back to this office!!
