appointment was 1:15 for a consultation. it's 2:45. I think imma head out. I will be spending my hard earned $ and insurance elsewhere.

Horrible. Expect to kill a day waiting on a consultation.Setting an appointment and expecting to get in and out is laughable.

New patient, 9:00 appt, got back at 10:00. Had xrays done, was sent back out to waiting room. Called back for cleaning. I might have been in the chair 10 minutes. Was told my gums were a perfect pink, keep up the good work. Have always had gum issues, some cases needed almost deep cleaning. Called talked to office manager and she said a normal cleaning takes 15 minutes, very disappointed.

They were friendly & very knowledgeable.

I had an 8:30 appointment. I arrived at 8:15. Hygienist was not there yet with 2 people ahead of me. They said I could come back at about 9:30 if I wanted to. No consideration about the amount of time I had to take off work. The hygienist was very rude on past appointments. This happened with every appointment in the past 3 years. At least an hour or more wait. This is the only dental office my insurance is accepted. I am finding a different dentist.

I spent $300 on a retainer for my upper teeth. The procedure was done by a student who botched my molding. Now my mouth can't properly close in my sleep and I often wake with a bloody tongue as a result. (My retainer was also lost in storage for weeks due to negligence of Ortho receptionist, which was admitted to me.) Afterwards, I scheduled a tooth filling, (2 teeth), 4 months in advance. Upon my arrival, everything seemed fine. But when I was taken back into the dental exam room, the PRICE CHANGED, THREE TIMES!! Not only that, but it was explained to me that the teeth I wished to be filled, would not be possible. (I was notified of this 4 months after setting my appointment, in a dentist chair no less.) They instead wanted to service the least affected teeth and upcharge me. I walked out. - 0 bedside manor - impossible to reach receptionists on phone - care/compassion/professionalism of Ortho employees is SEVERELY lacking - NO COMMUNICATION ASIDE FROM BILL PAYMENTS - I now need to change my bedtime routines because of the shoddy work regarding my "new" retainer (spitting blood and having a swollen tongue) - Avoid this place like the plague.

Julisa is amazing. The other lady at the front desk as well. Everyone I have dealt with at this office has been professional and very helpful and kind. Thank you for the great support you provide us patients 🥹 also the doctor that did my root canal is THE BEST

Went in and first visit was pre-authorization for replacement dentures had the pre-authorization completed. when I went to the procedure the agreed upon price change by 400 plus dollars and would not honor the in-network pricing. They tried to say that the manager might be able to help on pricing. My recommendation is to make sure you keep all documentation and review any agreement before signing pricing may change depending upon who you speak with.

Complete breakdown and communication between Greenberg offices. Son was referred here from Eustis for a root canal. Work was done and no x-rays and medical records have the procedure where ever sent back to the referring doctor even though I requested it. As if that wasn't obvious. Neither office can assist me in helping them talk to each other. In the meantime, my son has been waiting for an appointment that needs to be authorized and we cannot get the records out of the Leesburg office. They are also not answering their phone and you cannot leave a message. This is been going on for weeks on a daily basis! Horrible customer service

Been in pain for weeks now. Called the leesburg office they told me I could walk in then they closed before I arrived. No apology issued and no follow ups. As a nurse I could never treat my patients like this. I’m so glad I didn’t bring my son to have his braces done here. Will be requesting all my medical files and find a dentist that actually cares.
