I am writing a negative review because I spent months trying to get my lab results to find out if A 1C test says I am diabetic. No one ever calls back! Results are different if you use their in house lab, Keep your visa card ready! but if you have an upcoming zoom appointment. They will sure call you for a visa card, Because they dont except or carry any other insurance than Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. 🤔
Customer Service is Terrible the Rep told me I need to get a bank account I don't need to have a bank account and said I need my ex spouses information even though we are not together. Just Horrible.
Unprofessional rude staff at emergency. Was escorted off property for refusing to wear mask
What I can say about this hospital! I've been coming here for my cancer treatment for almost a year and everything is great! I don't say it's perfect because nothing and nobody is perfect in this world! Thank you for the good management!
The staff are rude and have attitudes. Some of their physicians are listed in network with my insurance with Mayo Clinic listed as the practice location. My insurance is the one who gave me the physicians at Mayo clinic to call. So after spending over a half hour on the phone while they researched and verified i was immediately dismissed and told they don't take my insurance. They also said multiple times that they won't take me without a diagnosis. My doctor referred me to them because he believes whatever i have is rare and he doesn't know what it is. I have multiple other diagnoses, NOT that they asked before dismissing me. Besides that, my doctor just doesn't think I've been diagnosed accurately and wanted me to be reevaluated by doctors who specialize in rare conditions so i can finally get help and an accurate diagnosis but apparently these doctors only treat, not diagnose. Like why would i be driving hours and have to get a hotel room to go see a doctor if i already know what was wrong. Zero compassion. No logic. Absolutely ridiculous.
My grandfather went to Mayo Clinic for a biopsy and Dr. Massimo Raimondo hit the wrong part of his body. My grandfather then suffered unbearably with only 3rd-world care for a few weeks then died. The medical staff initially admitted their guilt in his suffering and death, but then when they learned we were going to file complaints they began to deny everything and they changed their story. Then instead of behaving like decent people and spending their efforts on improving their care and on justifiable compensation, they chose to spend their efforts on lawyers to hide their corrupt care and behavior. Mayo is lucky their donors give them enough money to pay for expensive lawyers to keep them out of court because they don’t want me to be able to tell everyone what Mayo did ;) Independent medical expert reviewers said Mayo is guilty. I’m only 36 and I won’t stop until there is justice so if Mayo is wise it will come to the table ;)
Dr. Reza, Cheyenne, MA, Na'Tosha, PA, & Justin Bell, Operations, all made me feel so welcomed and greeted me with joy and kindness. Cheyenne is so sweet and does a marvelous job in helping make appointments, taking my concerns seriously, and preparing me for the physician. Dr. Reza is incredible. I've never met a doctor like him. He is so kind, very caring, gives great hugs, and jumped right on my health problems and issues. This guy listens carefully and goes into action immediately to help his patients. I completely trust Dr. Reza and his staff with my healthcare and they really care a lot! They're now my new family. I highly recommend you make an appointment to see these people immediately!

I wish I had seen the online reviews and 3.6 stars before I decided to trust the Urology team at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. I had nothing but disappointment with this medical institution so far, and I sincerely wish I was here investing my time on a positive review, since I had not ever posted a bad review online. Their Director of Urology, Dr. Gregory Broderick, who actually operated on me, made me wait for over 5 hours in a Prep Room after my admission for my scheduled surgery, fasting and I am Hypoglycemic. Walks in and not even an apology. Needless to say, I placed a call to their Patience Experience Department, and got a letter in the mail about their commitment to quality. I later had questions and concerns after my surgery and tried to schedule an appointment with him, who was the doctor I originally had all appointments with before my surgery, and who actually operated on me, without success. I was told he doesn't see patients, only "his staff", hence I had seen him before my surgery on my appointments. Another call to Patience Experience to see if I could see Dr. Broderick, and another letter in the mail. Now, over 2 years after my surgery, with still the same concerns and seemingly getting worse, I decided to schedule an appointment with one of the doctors in the Urology Department, not Dr. Broderick, since he "does not consult patients". I was scheduled for this Tuesday 03/07/23 (yesterday) for blood work at 11:30 AM, and also Urology appointment at 2:30 PM. Got a call last week saying that Dr. Broderick had asked them to schedule an additional test for Friday 03/10/23 at 1:00 PM. I agreed to go because the scheduler told me that if it was not on Friday, it would have to be in May only. Yesterday, while on my way to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, which is over an hour of driving away, I was told that I did not have to go to my appointment because Dr. Broderick said it was not necessary, and that I only had to come in on Friday 03/10/23, and was suggested to go for blood work at their Saint Augustine location which was closer to me. I did that and was looking forward to my appointment on 03/10/23, until I got a call this morning saying that appointment is cancelled and they had "no idea when they would have another date" for me. This is an absolute disregard for a human being, not only for time (which is not cheap) but well being. Unacceptable, unprofessional and disrespectful, from every angle. I have lived in developing countries, where the most medical services are own by the government, are not paid by the patients, and have limited resources, and was never treated with such disregard. After all this back and forth, and on the same day that I posted this review (coincidentally or not), I got a call and had my appointment confirmed for the next day, and finally it happened in the professional manner that we all expect from Mayo Clinic or any medical institution.
I'm a little bit concerned about some of the staff here. I'm a caretaker and it seems like nothing I say to the nurses matter. I'm not heard at all Labs came in and ignored my presence completely. Shut the lights out on me when I was talking to my husband. Extremely rude unprofessional behavior. Night nurses are horrible and try to make you feel unappreciated and, do not listen to anyone. Been here since Saturday and I still have no answers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
