Everytime we have an appointment for my mother and brother, I call a week in advance to have the front desk request the referrals needed. I call back the day before the appointment to find out that no one follows up to ensure the referral is in place for the appointment. This happens for every appointment. When I call, I ask for the supervisor and 25 minutes later they still don't pick up the phone. The front desk says it's my responsibility to get the referral. I call our family physician, they say that I cannot get one it is the responsibility of the specialist to request and obtain the referrals. I canceled the dr requested follow up appointments with Dr Kakkar and will only make an appointment if needed. Dr. Kakkar and the medical staff are the best, however the office staff is subpar and they don't care to help their customers. This is the same for every appointment.

I have been seeing Dr Kakkar for years. There have been minor bumps along the way but overall I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Kakkar and the office staff. Thank for you have done for me over the years.

Dr. Kakkar has been my cardioligist for over 10 years. He is a great Doctor . He explains and answer your question thoroghly. Listens to you and makes sure that he give you the test necessary for a proper prognosis.

Dr. K looks after my mom. he is a good doctor because he cares and explains protocol in a simple manner, pleasant and concise, and the office staff is pleasant and professional
