They call leaving a message to call them back regarding appointment The phone service is horrible!!! Keeps you on hold playing music for upwards of 25 minutes!!! CANNOT get through!! Unprofessional when you cannot connect by phone. Truly frustrating, unreliable, and ridiculous!! Phone system needs replacing. There are usually 3 women at the reception area, why can't someone ANSWER the phone?!!!!! 😡

CALL YOUR PATIENTS BACK. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM. NO ONE PICKS UP PHONE AND GETS ROUTED TO A CALL CENTER WHO “LEAVES A MESSAGE” FOR THE OFFICE AND NO ONE REACHES BACK OUT. GET. IT. TOGETHER.

I wish I could rate the services Dr. Deluca provides, but when you can’t get an appointment, well its tough to. I have called their office three times & am always forwarded to voicemail. I have left a message providing my name, phone number, and advised I needed to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I have never received a call back. A huge red flag telling me to look elsewhere.

Dr Gedeon is great. But the office staff... I have left 5 voicemails and sent an email regarding an issue with my prescription. At this point I have been without my medication for a week. And at this point I have not heard back from anyone. I have been a patient for over 3 years and this is not the first time I have had an issue getting a call back. I understand that they could be busy and do not expect a call back immediately but the fact I have been trying to call them for over a week and I have not heard anything from them is ridiculous. Do better!!!!

HOŔRIBLE experience. Staff is unprofessional. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. Anywhere but here!!

I went there with a family member and she was treated so badly by the lady at the desk. I think her name was Brittany. Not good for people who are there because they are in pain.

Samiya and co did an amazing job staying untop of all my appointments and making sure I got all my medications as I needed to help me recover after my surgery . Highly recommend, clean environment and very very helpful staff at this lady lake location .

This Pain Management office is absolutely wonderful,the Staff is very thorough and attentive, and really took the time to listen to all of my pain issues.The office staff here are very kind and courteous,they are extremely accommodating!
