Great Doctor! Exceptional Care!

UPDATE: They now have a permanent Doctor. I did not realize the others were temporary. This doctor pinpointed my pinch nerve and treated it with success, FIRST TRY! Finally, out of severe pain that I had dealt with one whole year. There has been 3 changes in a year SO THE OLDER REVIEWS DO NOT APPLY NOW! ENTIRE NEW STAFF.... So far so good... first time ever I was told we are here to help you! I was actually able to discuss medical problems,concerns and options of treatment. Thank You and Welcome New Staff!

It appears these office are not efficient, I have been told all new forms will need to be filled out, if I change my location/visit from Ocala to the Villages, WHY, don’t records/system talk to each OFFICE, if not WHY NOT? Front office person in Ocala office could use some interpersonal training.

Noone seems to call back after I get a robo call to make an appointment, called 3 times no call back, if someone reads this please listen to your office messages? I had the MRIs need appointment for results! Thank You

Too bad there's not a zero star rating. Don't even think about going here. And don't bother downloading patient forms because they refuse them unless they print them and you fill them out in their office a full HOUR before your actual appointment. Staff is the rudest I've ever encountered anywhere, so I cancelled my appointment as soon as I got home.

I wrote a review a couple months ago that has been taken off this site. So now I am writing this again. I have been a patient here for over 7yrs. This place has changed physicians and staff like we change our underwear. They replace even their whole staff. I have been paralyzed for a day and had amnesia for the day also. The doctors push shots and procedures like candy and they hold your meds for ransom making u be seen monthly to get medication that u have to be on for the rest of my life. The doctor who paralyzed me for the day and part of the next day also damaged my tailbone permanently. The office is impossible to get ahold of and the staff is terrible. I've seen the nurse practitioner also who only talked about lunch instead of paying attention to me. They act like the patients are an inconvenience to them and u r not greeted or acknowledged when u arrive This is the Worst Doctors office I have Ever been to and a Scary reality that the office doctors and staff r replaced so often.

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. First of all, they cancelled my appointment twice due to no interpreter. When finally got in, the dr wanted a mri done and they sent to a place that was an hour and half away, and I was not able to drive that far because I was in so much pain. I had to get a friend to take me. Then they kept sending me to the wrong places. My problems became worse over the 3 months of waiting that I ended up going to my primary care dr, and he found that there is a big problem. I will never set my foot inside of this place again.

I have visited this office with Dr. Batista-Volousa for almost a year. This week I received a call that on Friday, April 1, my appointment needed to be changed from 1 p.m. to 9:15 or 9:30a.m. I arrived and the lady in the office was rude and acted like I had 3 heads. She went and got the manager who did the same. They said the dr was booked and had no openings. Never mind that SOMEONE CALLED AND ASKED me to change it. I LIVE MORE THAN AN HOUR AWAY. I was so angry that I walked out........... when the other staff and dr was there, that NEVER,NEVER would have happened. Well, it must be APRIL FOOL'S DAY, but the joke will be on them. My insurance and money will go SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Every since Dr Zhou has left this practice..they have had constant turnover in staff., PA.s, Dtrs..etc..and now a new management co...They are even discharging patients when they or there family members come down with Covid...We will never go back.
