Paperwork is a mess. Office staff not wel trained. The right hand and the left hand do not know what each is doing. You Say you send notes to Drs. They don’t receive them. Drs. Send notes. You say you don’t get them. We were scheduled for an appt. and have a paper to prove it. We get there, not on days schedule. (We live 30 miles one way away.) We bring a disc of MRI, supposedly copied, then next visit NPR says office help messed it up. Bring it again next visit. Now NPR says they can only use a printed report, which no one told us until we arrived. The shots, etc. well executed. Office staff and procedures, not so much.😖
