Excel Pain and Spine

This is a very efficient office. All the personnel are kind and understanding. I’m very impressed with Dr. Jassal and his staff.

Everything was great except a lot of paperwork to do. Most of the questions were answered by phone, so it was done twice.

Moving from Fort Lauderdale to Central Florida and after 14 years being forced to find a new Physiatrist I had a tough time until I was blessed to find Dr. Jassals' Lakeland office. The instant I walked into his office I was put at ease with such a warm office environment as well as the staff and Dr. Jassal who were all very warm and welcoming. I was quickly put at ease with Dr. Jassals beside manner as he sat with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I've never been rushed through any of my visits and Dr. Jassal has continued to always give me a moment to address any issues; still with a kind voice and warn smile. Sometimes just having a smile and great beside manner being given to us, it can go a long way in helping us through our painful days. ^_^ Thank you all for all you do for us.
