Wonderful care for little people they are patient and listen to the kids.

Very friendly, clean and professional. I recommend to anyone. My son has autism and I came to the appointment with my son’s ABA therapist and they allowed her to Work with him to get him as comfortable as possible. I’m very pleased with this dentist office.

I decided to take my children to this dentist because they are one of the few practices in Lakeland that will allow you to stay with your child for all visits (routine or not). However, I have not had a good experience. My first impression is that the office is run down and dirty. The games in the waiting room were not working and the carpets were not clean. I can get past that for excellent service though. But I did not receive that either. My first appointment was for both of my children to have a routine cleaning and check up. Upon being taken back the hygienist informed me the X-rays were not covered by my insurance. I very clearly told her I did not want the X-rays if they were not covered. She checked again and stated they were partially covered and I would owe $6/child. With this information, I consented. When I went to check out I was told I owed $28/per child. The hygienist was present when I informed the desk staff of what she told me and she literally only shrugged. The office staff said the best they can do is send the account to billing, which I elected to do so I can contact my insurance. There was zero attempt to correct their mistake. I then made the mistake of giving the practice another chance by taking one of my children there to get sealant. The appointment went as expected (aside from the hygienist performing this rather than my previous experience where the dentist did it). A bit after we arrived home though my child complained that the sealant was sharp on one tooth and hurting her tongue. I called in and after being on hold for over 20 minutes I left a message stating the problem very specifically. This was a Thursday afternoon. As I type this is it Sunday night and I still have not received a call back. So now my child has had discomfort for 3 days due to this practice. Suffice it to say, I do not recommend this practice.

We came to the Tampa location (Edgewood sedation center) they were very professional, very informative, my daughter had two extractions and is at home with no pain and no swelling 10/10 would definitely recommend .

Place has gone downhill since the change the back waiting area is visibly dirty with carpet coming up and odd smell stains etc and the dentist has a terrible bedside manner with the kids it’s as if she’s annoyed to be there. The staff is still great and helpful but i will no longer be bringing my kids here
