I had the absolute pleasure of being cared for by NIESHA the dental assistant here and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and kindness. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease with their warm demeanor and attention to detail. Niesha was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process in a way that was clear and reassuring. They were gentle, efficient, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing top-notch care. Their positive energy and excellent communication skills made a typically nerve-wracking experience truly smooth sailings

Wow what a Horrible experience! They need to do a better job at hiring their employees. The front desk Kristina was very rude and disrespectful upon check in. Waited over 45mins to get called to the back. Then when my daughter got called to do her cleaning the dental assistant Marivel had an attitude as if we were an inconvenience to her like she didn’t want to be there. The energy was horrible in the office. I was ready to leave asap. I called the following Monday to speak to the office manager Cindy to discuss what happen and that was a waste of time!!! As I was trying to explain what happen, Cindy unprofessionally hung up the phone on me twice and when I called back she wouldn’t let me speak. She threating me stated my entire family will be dismissed!! I asked to speak to someone higher up and she refused to give me the information. What a shame!!! My children have been going to this practice for many years even at their older location and to get treated like this was beyond ridiculous and very low. No one should ever feel or have to go thru this. Seems like they condone their employees behavior vs. their actual patients who gave them business is really sad and sickens me. Don’t waste your time with this dental office unless you’re okay which disrespect.

My kids all go here and it has been ok. Normal wait is 20-30 minutes. My 4 yr old had an appt on a Saturday due to hurricane Milton rescheduled. I confirmed the appt via txt. We came and appt is not in the calendar/system. Front desk asked to see the txt msg and if I cannot show, it implied I lied??? I got really mad bc no one will come to appt at 8:30am if it’s not confirmed so we rescheduled again instead of fighting early in the morning. This time we waited for 40 minutes and got in a chair (after a complaint) and then wait for another 30 mins but dentist still has not showed up yet. This is ridiculous for a 4 yr old.

I had such a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental clinic with my child! Dr. Banc and Renee were absolutely amazing — they worked together seamlessly and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Jakey at the front desk was incredible as well; she was so kind, attentive, and helpful. My child felt very calm throughout the visit and is even excited to come back for more dental treatment! I am beyond impressed with the care and professionalism we experienced. From now on, this is the only clinic I’ll trust for my children’s dental needs. Highly recommend!

This place is so good with kids. My 4 year old isn’t really comfortable with anyone besides the family he lives with and they were so good that he actually sat through getting some extensive work done to his teeth. Absolutely amazing. I couldn’t ask for better. He says he would go back and I think that says it all.

First time there with my son. Fast check-in, was called back fast, I was able to go back with my son and watch the whole time! Friendly staff, my son is excited and no longer nervous to go to the dentist! Win, win!
