Dr. Zebede’s patience in treating complex cardiac arrhythmias like mine is infinite. After going to two previous electrophysiologists, finding Dr. Z. has been a blessing. Extremely professional, competent and caring. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional. He did not agree with the reason my heart was acting abnormal and criticized me as well as my primary doctor. Was very degrading and shouted my medical concerns aloud in the office to his staff without regard for my privacy. Would not recommend....was flirting with his PA during my stress test. Crazy.

Dr Zebede listened to my explanation of symptoms and did not rush me along. However, after explaining my medical history he proceeded to taunt and mock the reasons that I thought my holter monitor test were abnormal in a very degradeing manner. On my second visit with this doctor to take a stress test, he only seemed concerned with his female PA and what she had done over the weekend. VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend for anyone with serious health concerns.

Since I was on a hurry, Dr Zebede accepted my visit even on a Saturday. The insurance company was ready to accept a pacemaker implantation, but after some deliberation, Dr. Z decided that to try to cure my problem with some new drugs. They work perfectly and I feel great. When I phone him fir further consultation, he took my call right away. I could not ha had a better diagnosis and follow up. Great job. Thank you.

18 February 2014 Dear Dr. Zebede, Over 11 years ago I made an unexpected acquaintance with you at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, when I was here on a business trip and referred to you for sudden onset heart problems. You performed some investigatory procedures and then installed a defibrillator in my chest. I find myself now in Florida again on a business trip and had occasion to speak with Josie V., who just recently was your patient for some heart problems of her own resulting in your installing a pacemaker for her. We compared notes. She had worked for many years managing a Cardiologist’s Office and for 15 years I had a severe case of Myasthenia Gravis. We are both well acquainted with healthcare delivery in many settings and trying circumstances. For both of us the initial consultation with you and the experiences in the operating room set us completely at ease and we are convinced that we could not have had a better advocate for us at the end of the scalpel anywhere else. I am especially pleased at the care you took in selection of the device and leads to use. 10 years from now Josie will as well. We both laughed at your insistent instructions regarding care of the incision site – you clearly take ownership of your work, even if we walk with it out your practice door and forever afterwards carry it on our person. We like that. We don’t take any of your attention for granted, and clearly we remember. We thank you, as do our families, and wish with this to express our enduring gratitude, Calvin Arnason Josie V.
