Terrible place. The front desk girl always has an attitude. They switch drs every few months. I always have to use google translate to communicate. & the wait time is ridiculous

Today my son had 2 teeth removed and few cavities fixed. It was our second time at this place. The first time was good but today was beyond amazing. We had Dr Andrea and her assistant (I forgot to ask her name) and they were both beyond amazing, sweet and most of all very knowledgeable. We had another appointment next week and i hope to have them again.

Jose and Xavier are probably the worst employees at this dental center . Along with another female employee that I unfortunately didn’t get the name of. If I could give this 0 stars I would ! For months I’ve been trying to transfer and everybody I called has told me that they will call me back and they never did. All they had to do was send an AAO form to my future dentist but that never got done. Since I’m in college I had my mother go to them in person since my attempts over the phone were unsuccessful. These people wrote down my information and pretended like they were sending the form to my future dentist but never did. In hopes that they’ve done their job I called my future dentist to try to schedule an appointment and they told me that my current dental office never sent them the form. With this upsetting news I decided to stay with this my current dentist. Also, Xavier misinformed me that I would be able to schedule my appointment for November 26th. Fast forward to today November 5th I call to confirm my appointment and this lady tells me that it is scheduled for the 19th! A date which I wouldn’t be able to come because of personal reasons…which I explained to Xavier. With this unfortunate news I then again try to transfer my dentist. Another unsuccessful attempt because when my call was transferred to Jose he didn’t even know what an AAO Form was! I would give you his last name if I was provided with one. I desperately hope that more competent employees are hired.
