THE OFFICE DOESN'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENTS. They sub it out to a call center. This is a bad practice as it doesn't allow the office to catch any changes to the patients chart, or update things like insurance coverages and authorization forms. Then because of their own business practices failing to catch these things they refuse to see your child and act like its on us the time that it takes to be resolved. It shouldn't have become a problem today. They should have checked the day I made her appointment 2 weeks ago, that everything was in order for her to come in. They absolutely need to change this method of appointment setting or at the very least, a DAY BEFORE your scheduled appointent they should check to make sure no additional forms or information is needed. THATS NOT ON THE PATIENTS! So, I will find a different office because of the way they handled this situation today. My daughter should have been seen and they should have apologized for the office causing these kinds of problems.

This Friday was truly an unfortunate experience for me when we saw Dr. Potashnikova. I honestly don’t think she is a good fit for working with pediatric patients. My child will be 4 years old in just three months, and our family has several children who have been seen by doctors here before. My child is not shy or difficult to work with. I understand that young children can sometimes be nervous or need a little extra time to cooperate. A simple smile, a little patience, or trying again a second time can make a big difference in helping a child feel comfortable. Instead, when something didn’t work, I noticed sighs and expressions of frustration, which made me feel very uncomfortable. With pediatric patients, I believe doctors should be patient, communicate with the child, and be willing to try again when needed. I don’t think that is asking too much. . Thank you for all the taffs
