Dr Garay is wonderful. She is very caring, attentive. She's always listens and takes the time in the utmost caring and professional way. Never rushing, she always goes the extra mile and gets help when the insurance doesn't cover medications. I've been under her care for many years and will continue to do so. Dr. Garay, you are the best.

This is no longer, Bird Eye Institute! Is "Garay Eye care and surgery Center". With that clear, I love this place,very professional,accommodating , Dr Leslie Garay is very thorough and listens to my need and concern prompt to find solution I do very much recommend Dr Garay and her business!! Keep up the good work. God bless.

I wish I can give 0 stars! I have never done a negative review! Don't come here! I have a cornea condition and came here, I gave up a semester in college to pay for 1,000 for a contact for my condition. The cornea specialist did not care about me at all when it wasn't working for me. I told her I was in pain, I wasn't comfortable and the whole time she made me feel like it was me. The gas lighting was crazy, I'm getting help elsewhere. I hope no one waste their money here. they have shitty reviews for a reason. I should've listen to what everyone was saying! Sometimes people just want money and don't care about their patients.

These people are never on point not even on appointments, then they won't explain nothing to you, and if you ask Im supposed to know, when their working system is lame, but no surprise that I get to see all this bad reviews now, Lame clinic. 0 starts

-00 stars The worst yeriana is not professional, she gets into your partner's private life. I gave him my private information since I was a supposed health professional and I use that information to go against my personal life . she is a gossip, unprofessional cheating.

5 stars would be for very short wait and I will say this last appt was improved. Otherwise the staff is very good. Dr. has a good practice and a location convenient for us. Never had any issues even with any staff changes. Issues and concerns are handled well. Like the staff, high level of professionalism.
