This dental office main concern is getting as much money as they can from their customers. They will smile in your face and over charge the customer and especially their insurance. Which will eventually bring up premiums. We had to take our child back to their office multiple times to fix their sloppy dental work. They charged the insurance company ridicules amounts every time. Eventually, they just gave up and referred us to a specialist. The Doctors are callous and greedy. I would not recommend this dentist office to friends and family. More money seems to be their sole goal in this practice. It is a shame and a disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Have a little humanity and compassion.

When is the worst pediatric dentist I’ve ever been to! They want to say nothing hardly is covered under insurance for fact it is! Then they want you to make your kid miss School 100 times because they can’t get their act together! They want to say my daughter can’t have her medicine before a procedure that everyone has on a daily basis without having to fast! Of little bit of water with your medicine gonna make you sick! Because it will not! They want to make you think that the hospital is less invasive than their office visit! Kids have to have medicine in and it is more important than your little fasting! Also they want to take your money and then tell you that you can’t be seen that day so don’t give them money until you know for sure you’re gonna be seen wait till after procedures to pay! Which is Standard practice to pay after a procedure!

My experience was appalling. Horrible customer service from front desk staff via phone call. Find another office for your little ones!

If you have an opinion, I would not recommend this place for your child.. don’t speak up for your child .. because they will take your money and not do the work .. furthermore they don’t even cancel your second appointment so you drive 30 minutes .. trying to force my child to be sedated because she has poor bedside .. honestly you should be ashamed of yourself to be working with children and not listening to them.. when a child says he can’t breathe and you just keep going.. and because you were in such a hurry, instead of allowing him my second the feel reassured you basically call him a liar and every single way.. I asked you to use a smaller mouthpiece because he was saying that you were hurting his mouth because it was ripping his gums and cutting him.. you insisted it was soft.. and I believed you and said please just get it done so he stop crying.. My child is crying he has no saliva in his mouth, and the rubber was literally cutting because it was stuck.. but you knew better.. so you kept ripping his cheek back saying he couldn’t feel it.. .. he’s just a little boy you’re an educated professional. There’s no point listening to him… he not allowed to express himself, because you won’t even listen! When I tell you, I have two children and he’s the one who loves dentist and you look at me like I’m a 19-year-old mom when I’m twice your age I’m sorry that you have disrespectful intentions, but I did not.. So what happened We were told to wait around for hours so she could pull a tooth. And we were happy to.. She was in such a hurry by the end of the day, that she did not give my child five minutes from the moment she put the needle in his mouth. My child is normally very brave to go. The dentist is now terrified because of this dentist who acted like she knew what she was doing and spoke on what other dentist had done insulting their work telling me how extremely important it was to get it done.. $400 later and she didn’t even get the tooth pulled and she canceled my second appointment because she has poor bedside manner and my child was screaming. He couldn’t breathe because she had three people over top of him and her arm on his chest… I asked her to listen to him

This is the worst place to take your kids they give you an appointment and then have you waiting for a while.

I have to be honest although I was a client of this clinic for many years, the truth is I loved everything, but it seems very bad on the part of the administration that for not having communication with the client in this case myself, for a charge that without knowing the insurance dental did not do, instead of informing me so that I could make the missing payment, they decided to send me the account to collection. It was 15 or more years as a loyal customer, and as I said, not even a slight communication, lack of respect, I hope they fix this type of situation. thank you

Today I had to take my son to get some teeth removed and we were greeted by the receptionist who checked us in immediately. The dental assistant was very patient and friendly with my son especially when he was having anxiety while wearing the laughing gas mask. She nicely explained to him what he needed to do to be safe and get through his procedure. The dentist came in and saw that my son was still a little nervous and she explained to him what she was going to do and helped him relax. The dentist performed the extraction in a timely manner and after everything was done she even offered him a popsicle. It wasn't a long process and everyone involved was courteous and professional. I liked how they worked with my son to get over his fears and provided everything we needed for a speedy recovery.

Always have great experience coming here. Everyone is very nice and helpful, kids love it. Had multiple treatments done including teeth cleaning
