So wonderful! We have been to multiple facilities before finding Pediatric Dental Group in Winter Park and they are by far the best! My son had to have a tooth removed and has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist, all of the staff made him feel so comfortable and did such a great job with him. I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Group in Winter Park!

I would not recommend this location to anyone ever at all. If you're experiencing a dental emergency go anywhere else. Our appointment was at 2:00 p.m. in we were told to arrive 20 minutes early. Turns out they're closed from 1 to 2:00 and would not let us in. You're cute. When I took my daughter there they explained what treatment was necessary and I agreed asking them for next steps at which point they acted like they couldn't understand or speak English and refused to provide me the next best steps for my daughter. So if you don't care about your child's well-being go ahead and take them here if you want no communication from your doctor and no help at all in planning your dental future then go here if I could give zero Stars I would.

May be a good option for typical children without cavities, genetic differences, or even just anxiety, but for everyone else, be warned. The dental staff too easily would rather kick out difficult children with health issues rather than work through anxiety in a patient manner. The technician said "I called your teacher..." to my child to try to trick them into fear and obedience rather than literally any other healthy way to attempt assisting an atypical child through anxiety. We had to correct the technician and tell my child this wasn't true as this blatant lie caused instant confusion. This was absolutely inappropriate and has no place in dentistry or anyone who works with children. And without anyone properly trained for this appointment to work with atypical children, we were kicked out and forced to pay the full bill including the calming gas they weren't successful in using, just because it was turned on. Over $300 out the window because of improper training and education. Worst dental experience I've ever witnessed first hand in my entire life.

Came here initially for a second opinion for my 4 year old, and it was so worth it! I got an initial appointment within a reasonable time and scheduling dental work was also within a reasonable time. The hygienist was kind and patient with my little one, and the dentist was so kind and understanding about my concerns. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful as well. I am so grateful for everyone’s help during our visit and after. Will continue to bring my kiddos for future visits! Thank you pediatric dental group at winter park!
