Arthur R Polin's Online Review Report Card

I am writing a scathing review and will let others know not to come to your office. Your office staff is rude and inconsiderate. Doctor Polin is only in this business,not practice,for the money. I will expect a quick and immediate response for records and if that is not compliant again I will go to the review arena.

Polin is perhaps the most arrogant doctor I have ever met. Only cares about $$$$$$. Owed a bill, they never sent it to me. When I called to make an appointment, his office manager told me to pay my bill and then once paid, he would decide whether he wanted me as a patient. LOL....needless to say he didn't get the bill paid and I found another great doctor! FAP.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Polin, but unfortunately I woke up pretty sick. I was going to call the office to reschedule my appointment when I received a call from the doctor himself asking why I was not in his office by now. I explained that I was sick, and he literally let a grunt and hanged up on me. Instead of asking me how I was feeling, what symptoms I had, he decided to be angry towards a sick patient. This goes to show there is zero emphaty coming from this doctor. It is very sad. I am definitely not rescheduling my appointment at this practice.

Wonderful caring and compassionate Dr and staff! I highly recommend them. They listen, their gentleness and understanding are above and beyond. Expectations are exceeded. They are ALL a tribute to the medical profession. AND, there isn't a rush out the door feeling during the appointment. As I've seen with other Drs. I am very blessed with this team!!!! Thank you ALL!!!!

This COVID thing has everything totally messed up. My wife called to get a appointment for the doctor to assess the cough that she has had for 2 days. 2 days ago she was sent by her dentist employer to get tested, she got a rapid test which proved negative. She returned to work yesterday made it through the day but still was coughing through the night. Concerned she called the doctors office to get an appointment for some antibiotics and cough medicine. She was told that she could not come in until she received another test to confirm a test taken when she started feeling ill!! Now she has no other choice but get another test. How is it possible that you can fly overseas or a hospital with just showing vaccination and rapid test but not to a doctor? This idiotic practice has morons for staff and administrators who do not follow the science.

Dr. Poulin Cares more about how often you see him instead of why you are seeing him. He has given my husband and I a hard time if you don’t see him even if you are not sick. All they do is take your blood 2 times a year and then schedule more appointments to tell your results. I feel it is a ploy to drain your medical account. I feel when he visits you it is not about your issues but that he can’t be your Dr. unless you mandatory see him every year. I am only use to seeing the Dr. when I am sick . He quit me so I quit him! He is the worst Dr. I have ever been to. Also, he told my husband the Insurance won’t pay if he didn’t come in more often. I have had insurance for 27 years and they always pay no matter how many time I see a Dr. BEWARE of the mandatory appointment scam they claim when not everyone needs to go. Get a second opinion because I feel his opinion is money related.

Dr Polin does not take a lot of time with you. Instead he brushes off your concerns and makes you feel like you shouldn’t be there. Both my husband and son have seen him for various reasons and each time he treats them as if they are too young to be worried about anything. Not a great quality considering people like to feel like they are being listened to and like they can receive help when needed. They have both been hesitant to be seen for fear of judgement and no result to their concerns. We will be looking for a new primary physician.

Dr. Polin is the best Doctor I have ever had. Very professional and friendly staff as well, never leave me waiting.

Dr. Polin is the best M.D. ever, and I am 66 years old now and have had quite a few doctors. He is also extremely polite, as is his staff. Any report to the contrary is absolutely false!
