Wonderful caring and compassionate Dr and staff! I highly recommend them. They listen, their gentleness and understanding are above and beyond. Expectations are exceeded. They are ALL a tribute to the medical profession. AND, there isn't a rush out the door feeling during the appointment. As I've seen with other Drs. I am very blessed with this team!!!! Comfortable and satisfied when I started with Dr. Polin three years ago. Quality of care and concern declined significantly over one year ago. One example in particular is ordering complete blood work for annual "well visit" and not reviewing it. It would have been noticed that one level in particular was significantly low, which was addressed by a different doctor. My decision, though, to seek medical attention elsewhere occurred prior to this. I'm happy to say that I'm comfortable with the changes I've made with my primary care and specialists.
