The CVS minute care service was efficient and fast. The ARNP Jill on site answered all of my questions and concerns with care! This is the Seffner CVS minute location. However the pharmacy department lacked in effective customer service skills. They were not very attentive.

The nurse practitioner Jennifer w/minute clinic was amazing—excellent customer service. My issue was with the pharmacy. I let the staff know I was there to pick up my son’s prescription and would wait in the waiting area. I later received a text that it was ready, but when I went to the counter, they couldn’t locate it and said I was at another CVS. Out of nowhere, Richard from the pharmacy chimed in and told me to “calm down” and that I was “upset,” even though I had not raised my voice or shown any signs of being upset. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful. To make things easier, I asked that the prescription be sent to Publix instead—where I trust I will be treated with courtesy and respect.

Dr. Williams at the CVS Minute clinic in Seffner, provided me with great care in getting my Covid vaccine. I was unable to get a prescription from my PCP which disappointed me immensely. She was able to help me and I am so grateful for her.
