Giving this CVS Clinic 5 stars. The nurse and Dr were great! I was able to get prescriptions from the pharmacy with in 20 minutes. The pharmacy consultant was great also. Definitely recommend this CVS.
NP Anne Mungari is an exceptional healthcare provider. She’s one of the few I’ve encountered who possess the perfect blend of medical expertise and the ability to connect with patients. As the mother of the patient, I was particularly impressed by her thoroughness. She tested my daughter for all potential causes of fever and stomach pain, and to our surprise, she tested positive for the stomach flu. I’m incredibly grateful for our appointment with her. I was able to promptly schedule our visit using the CVS app and the wait time was actually shorter than I had expected it to be. The provider also ensured that the medications were sent to the pharmacy of my choice and a very timely manner so I could immediately start treating my daughter so she could feel better. My daughter had a fantastic experience with this provider, and she usually dislikes going to the doctor. :) I definitely will recommend NP Mungari At the CVS MinuteClinic on Richmond to others!
no one knows how to work a waitlist here. what originally was supposed to be a 15 minute wait ended up being 3 hours to not even be seen because i had to leave to go to work. it’s absolutely ridiculous. do not come here
The area surrounding this location can get a little rough with people standing outside asking for money etc...however the location is quick with service depending on the times and the self service kiosks make checkout a breeze. The minute clinic staff when I went was quick and effective with service and was able to see me at my scheduled appointment time
Efficient scheduling and checkin, compassionate yet professional, knowledgeable, listened, and explained things well
Why make an appointment when they see everyone who didn't have an appointment first?! And what makes it even worse is that all I needed was for TB skin test to be read which takes maybe one minute to look at it and then document it. I'm an RN and waiting an hour to have this read is ridiculous. Do better. For real. Learn to prioritize the way you care for patients. I should have been seen at my appointment time regardless if people who were on waiting list had already been seen at one point. So had I, two days ago when I got the TB test done! Wow
Great and fast service. Nice and friendly staff who always are with a smile and are gentle and caring towards your needs. Very knowledgeable on certain medical issues and can give quick diagnosis and treatment at a very affordable price if you don't have insurance. Highly recommend to busy individuals desiring a high level of service and treatment.
the wait insane , even with an appointment. i’ve been to other locations with way faster service. super sick today and this was the only place with same day appointment . I see why .
Grateful for my experience at this clinic. Diagnosed - in & out in no time!
Very mindful, timely, and smart team. I was having an anxiety attack during my visit and they treated me with respect and generosity.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
