The one-hour drive to see Dr. Sierra is worth it in order to have a provider that meets my son right where he is with his special needs, anxiety, and sensory sensitivities. We have been to a few dentists and this is the only dentist that has ever been able to complete dental work (and a full exam) on my son. PLUS, my son always leaves with a smile and never in tears.

We love Dr. Kwon and her staff! They are quick, efficient and great with kids of all ages and abilities.

Dr Kwon is the best dentist. She is kind and knowledgeable. She answers all the questions my children have and never rushes us. My children have been patients of hers since 2016 and love going to see her! Highly recommend.

We had a great visit with Dr Kwon and her staff yesterday with our grandbaby. Our grandbaby is special needs. I am so appreciative to the overall kindness of everyone in this office. We were referred see this facility from Dr Palermo our grandbabies oral surgeon. We will recommend back to me and I already did this morning to our grandbabies private nurse she has three children. Have a great day thanks again see you in 6 months!

I’ve been to the Town n Country office 3 times now and overall not impressed. On my last visit, I checked in, had the appointment and checked out. At check out I was told my insurance was not in network. I was NEVER notified prior to the appointment and NOT when checking in. The office claims they notified and spoke to me. I NEVER received a phone call. Now they want me to pay them because they have it in their file that they spoke to me. If I was aware my insurance wasn’t in network I would have canceled the appointment. On a separate note, Dr. Kwon is very nice and knowledgeable. Dental hygienist are hit or miss in my opinion.

We were in search of a second opinion after having a horrible experience elsewhere and decided to try this place out after reading all the recommendations for Dr. Sierra. We ended up seeing Dr. Prado and couldn’t be happier!! She was so nice and understanding and didn’t talk down to us like some dentists do. Explained everything and recommended the most conservative treatment without overdoing it like the other place wanted to. The office staff were all very friendly and the visit didn’t take long at all. We’re so happy to have found a great new dentist that my daughter isn’t scared of!

I LOVE Dr. Kwon and her team in both offices. My kids have being going to her for years and I refuse to go to anyone else. She is thorough when explaining treatment and makes my little ones feel VERY comfortable. Thanks Kids Smiles for an amazing experience each time we visit!
