Patricia Masse's Online Review Report Card

My wife had an inguinal hernia repair that had affected her adversely for 10 years. Dr Masse found it when no else could. We greatly appreciate what she did. On a constructive criticism note, I would've given her 4 stars as I have to recommend that she learn to "read the room" better when she is addressing her patients. I personally love the doctor's straight forward, outspoken demeanor. But my wife is not as hardened as I am and initially was upset with Dr. Masse's gruff approach to tough love. But my wife appreciates how much the doctor cares about her patients, enough to administer the "tough love". Other doctors are not that passionate, and for Dr. Masse's passion, and incredible skills, she deserves this 5-star review. My wife and I thank you immensely, Dr. Masse.

Finding Dr. Masse and her fantastic staff members was like hitting the lottery. For some reason, nowadays, it is not uncommon to encounter medical staff who may appear impatient or less than friendly. Dr. Masse’s staff consistently demonstrated cordiality, courtesy, and hospitality. Their availability and willingness to assist with scheduling, insurance matters, surgery center information, and work-related forms were greatly appreciated. Although Doctor Masse may seem crazy upon first encounter, rest assured that she is a highly skilled expert in her field. I have never encountered a doctor who truly takes the time to get to know her patients and actively listens to them like she does. I faced some complications personally, but she made sure to stay in touch by calling me on her cell phone. She went above and beyond by visiting me at an urgent care clinic to provide assistance. She is truly an amazing person, and I am extremely grateful for her and her staff's support.

Dr. Masse is a great Doctor. Before my surgery she went over everything she would be doing in great detail. After the surgery she came out to talk to the family and let us know how everything went. Her staff is very professional and keep the office running smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Masse. She is very professional, down to earth and a great surgeon. She treats every patient as an individual and cares about you. Her office staff is also very nice and helpful.

Dr. Masse is my Earth Angel! She is very professional, skilled and compassionate. I found her confidence to be assuring as well as comforting. Her staff is very attentive, and caring. Both Dr. Masse and her staff are also very sincere and responsive. I would chose her again if needed.

Dr. Masse is great! She took time with me through the whole process. And she has a great no-nonsense approach, and shoots straight from the hip (which is super refreshing!) And her staff was soooo friendly and helpful to me.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Masse and her staff when I needed emergency surgery. Her bedside manner and knowledge made the whole thing a positive comforting experience and her staff is very accommodating... 10/10 :) would highly recommend

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Masse and her staff. During the most difficult time in my life Dr. Masse performed my double mastectomy and never let me down. The Dr. and the staff were always on point with my treatment, both physically and mentally. Thank you all for everything you do.
