I had my Right Shoulder replaced by Dr C Potts. I’m healing very quickly and shoulder feels great. I just love Dr Potts and his team.

They dont answer their phones.

I can't say enough how wonderful this office is. I started with Dr Sakr who was amazing in fixing my tennis elbow with a non-invasive procedure, verses surgery. I then saw him for an accident where I fell down the stairs, tearing my rotator cuff 100% from my bone and my labrum. I was then seen by surgeon Dr. Andrachuk. He is an amazing surgeon who fixed my badly torn shoulder. It was not an easy surgery. He is amazing at what he does. And to top it all off he speaks to you so you understand, and explains everything, until you feel comfortable with what is going on and how he intends to repair the injury. I am 2 months out of surgery and have made huge strides in healing. I owe it all to Dr. Andrachuk. Thank you so much for taking a horrible situation and making it all better. I am forever grateful.

Well, it seems as if I have found the most caring, skilled, low key, friendly doctor there ever was!! He has treated me for Trochanter and currently trying to repair torn Hamstring muscle. He spends all the time you need to answer your questions and explain condition in an understandable manner. He really cares! So I put Dr JOHN ANDRACHUK at the very top of list of all doctors. I saw Dr Hsu. She is very personable and easy to communicate with. I would have given this practice 5* based on my experience with the Dr. The reason I didn’t is because I sat in their office for an hour and a half primarily in the exam room. I was called in from waiting room almost immediately. Then sat for 45 min in exam room, then taken to x-ray that took approx 15 minutes. Nobody told me the Dr was an hour behind her schedule. I was about ready to leave when Dr finally came in and discussed issue and gave me an injection. My normal limit waiting in exam room is 20 minutes, but due to pain that needed treatment and with holiday weekend coming up, I didn’t think I had much of a choice but to wait. Pot committed so to speak. I like Dr Hsu. Parking cost me $13.

I was diagnosed with RA 3 years ago. Everyone talks so highly about Emory yet they NEVER explained my options. All they did was put me on meds that didn't make it any better. When I got there I couldn't walk my knee was so swollen. The security was so awesome! He brought the wheelchair down and wheeled me up to the Office. Customer service was A1 with the staff and Dr. Sagar!!!! He is VERY knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and did a small procedure that was as simple as remove fluid from my knee!!! The relief was EVERYTHING!!! I would recommend Dr. Sagar over and over again!!!

Visited with Dr. Hsu. She was great, very personable. She was able to quickly diagnose my problem and recommend corrective action.
