Great Experience. Doctor very Caring. Worker showed Professional attitude Toward the Patients.

I had foot surgery done by Dr Zaman (a re-do from a different practice that did not take) and he is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to associate with. He is knowledgeable and provided very realistic recovery timelines, as well as fantastic follow up. This is my only doctor review as I wanted to share my fantastic experience.

Worst experience ever. I drove 2.5 hours to get to the place, got stock in traffic, so my 1.5h travel became 2.5h travel. Knowing by the GPS I would be late I called and called from 7:30 ( the time they are suppose to open, yeah right) and finally got someone at 7:45 to confirm if I could keep my appointment.I had another 45 min to drive and didn't want it to waste, they assured me all is good if it is within 60 min. When I arrive, paid ther parking $6 they told me sorry we have to reschedule the other department didn't communicate with us so... whatever. That was the attitude. I left and while I was going down the leevator they called and said you can wait another 1.5 h so we can see you. Disgraceful, never back to this place.

THE WORST customer service ever. Dr Andrachuck does not take time to listen and repeats the words THERAPY, THERAPY constantly. Getting a copy of your X-rays is a nightmare, please do not come here. I called to talk to someone and the quality of customer services honestly is miserable.

Great staff, front office is outstanding. Dr Bonvallet is straight to the point! Tells the truth and speaks his mind! Knows his medicine has learned from the best! The entire staff has that CAN DO ATTITUDE. They simply tell the truth, that’s you can ask for!

I was injured in Nov 2019( Rotator Cuff). I went to Northside Hospital ER in Sandy Springs and was referred to Northside Orthopedic Institue-Sports Medicine. I had surgery in October of 2020. Oh, let me tell you that the pain and process was very hard. However, after going to PT, it did get a little better. Suddenly, after a while the pain came back aggressively. I was in so much pain and I was not able to live a normal life. I went back to Northside Hospital Orthopedic Institute Sports Medicine and was assigned to a new Doctor (my angel). Dr. John Andrachuk. I first spoke to his (awesome and amazing) PA, Dr. Hannah, who explained what they were going to do first (A MRI) and that she would give all information to Dr. Andrachuk. Well, after getting another MRI Dr. Andrachuk met with me and explained to me very thoroughly what was going on and what choices I had. So in April 2022, I had another surgery where he revisited the previous (rotator cuff) and I am so pleased! I can't shout loud enough at how much better I feel (with PT) and able to return to being happy again! Dr. Andrachuk did an amazing, phenomenuel job. His caring demeanor meant so much to me. He cares so much about his patients and he wants to help make you feel better! I lost my daughter to Covid during this time and was unable to be there for my grandchildren. I felt like no one cared about all of the pain I was going through. Honestly, I have never had a Doctor with so much compassion and such a caring heart and *Great* at what he does!!! I SINCERELY THANK AND RECOMMEND HIM WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING! Easy to get an appointment scheduled but after that it tanks for me. I had to make six (6) phone calls just to get a response a entire week later. Staff is never available...to difficult to get actual help
