This place is garbage and should be sued to oblivion and forced to shut down. They have canceled our appointments twice now with zero notice and waited until we arrived to let us know that Dr. Osawa decided to leave early. No phone call, nothing. They don't label specimens properly. It's not sanitary. This practice doesn't respect people or their time. I will be filing a complaint with the Board.

simply the worst doctor i've ever been to. staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and doesn't do their jobs. you have to call multiple times every time you want your prescriptions refilled, and the office's policy is to NOT refill your prescriptions unless you visit every 3 months. oh, and a simple visit is always 2+ hours because of how slow everyone moves. even my pharmacy openly complains about how incompetent this place is. and none of this is even getting into the lab results of mine they mishandled. avoid this place like the plague. and if you get the plague, definitely don't go here.

I have been a patient and actually one of the first patients of Dr. Osowa. I love the staff and I especially want to give praise to Dwayne. I am so glad he has chosen to join the practice. In my opinion he is one of the most helpful employee that has ever joined the team. He is always going above and beyond to help you with whatever your needs are and he makes sure that it is done in a timely manner. I hope he stays with the practice for a long time. He is very caring about the patients and a rare find.

We arrived on time for an annual physical with an appointment. Waited for more than 30 minutes! Seriously. And I got a bill. So they did something not covered by annual physical without letting me know. WHY? I didn't know we were so sick! Also, the office played loud Christian music as if they were saying if you don't believe in God, don't come! They are on my list of DO NOT GO.

Do not waste your time with this place. You will be frustrated with lack of attention by STAFF!. They don’t follow-up in matters, they are NOT attentive to the sick patients and there is NO attention to detail. There are way more doctors in the area that will give you the patient care you deserve. Doctors are great but you have to deal with the horrible staff 90% of time when you only see doctor for 15mins. Think about it? Don’t take my word for it read the rest of the reviews! Beware!

This time I'm beyond disappointed with this practice. It is their "policy" only this office, that the medical assistant cannot give imaging or lab results over the phone. As someone who worked in a medical practice for 13 years, this is such a money hungry policy if I ever heard of one. Offices everywhere go over results over the phone like labs or imaging without making the patient come back to the office. I'm so disappointed and will be searching for new care for my husband and I. This is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of. We won't be coming back if this policy stays in place. And in response to your response, this practice is INVALUABLE to me and my family which is why we switched practices. Thank you for making it an easy decision! This practice is a waste of time and money.

This has to be the worst urgent care/ doctors office in Gwinnett. From the front desk taking their sweet time, putting in the wrong pharmacy, AND managing to somehow mess up 2 sick notes for work. To the doctor seeing me 40 minutes after my appointment time, giving me no real solution but to drink water and Gatorade, and sending me on my way after a 40 dollar co pay. I will try my best not to come back.
