I took my child here with Covid symptoms and asked to be tested. The doctor stated “she has a cold I don’t even know why you are here”. I left and went someplace else the next day when her symptoms didn’t improve abs she tested positive. Total negligence!

I brought my daughter in for a sick check and we waited for 35 minutes in the car then another 30 in the room before seeing the doctor. This was for a 9:30 appointment, they had only been open for an hour. Then, 2 days later I had to bring my other daughter in for an 11am appointment and we waited for almost an hour in the car for them to call us in, then another 40 minutes in the room. Not respecting peoples time is unacceptable, especially when they have sick kids. We left almost 2 hours after our appointment that took less than 5 minutes with the doctor and swabbing her throat in the lab. We will not be returning.

Low staff performance. Only one nurse to get appointments. +20mts online wait. 3 clinics , elaborated phone system can't drive appointments. No appointments In person. Only by phone???

I have been taking my kids here for over 10 years and we love it, my kids love the staff, nurses and their doctor! Dr. Petnam is amazing and my kids refuse to see anyone but her. I highly recommend her she’s one of the best paediatricians I’ve yet to meet and I can brag about her non stop.

We recently had to switch Pediatricians due to ours not seeing kids in office because of Covid. Longstreet made us feel welcomed and let us know we wouldn’t have the same problem there. They have you wait in your car until your appointment time to keep people out of the waiting room. When called in I saw no one waiting which made me feel a lot more comfortable. We have been able to be seen same day when needed. We will continue our children’s care at Longstreet!

I cannot say enough about this practice. From the front office staff to the medical assistants, nurses and doctors everyone was extremely kind, patient, helpful and caring. I am beyond thrilled to have a pediatric facility so close to home that is this welcoming. Dr. Crudgington was amazing! She took the time to really get to know my kiddo and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this practice.

Love this place! We have gone to Longstreet Clinic in Buford for 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. The nurses and doctors are very professional and kind to my children.

Terrible with keeping appointment. Be prepared to wait in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes even if you have an appointment. This is just irresponsible with people’s time.
