The Longstreet Clinic

I have been taking my kids here for over 10 years and we love it, my kids love the staff, nurses and their doctor! Dr. Petnam is amazing and my kids refuse to see anyone but her. I highly recommend her she’s one of the best paediatricians I’ve yet to meet and I can brag about her non stop.

We recently had to switch Pediatricians due to ours not seeing kids in office because of Covid. Longstreet made us feel welcomed and let us know we wouldn’t have the same problem there. They have you wait in your car until your appointment time to keep people out of the waiting room. When called in I saw no one waiting which made me feel a lot more comfortable. We have been able to be seen same day when needed. We will continue our children’s care at Longstreet!

I cannot say enough about this practice. From the front office staff to the medical assistants, nurses and doctors everyone was extremely kind, patient, helpful and caring. I am beyond thrilled to have a pediatric facility so close to home that is this welcoming. Dr. Crudgington was amazing! She took the time to really get to know my kiddo and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this practice.

Love this place! We have gone to Longstreet Clinic in Buford for 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. The nurses and doctors are very professional and kind to my children.

I had a newborn visit in I love Nikki Martin. Very Patient and nice and sweet person. I wish they was more nurse like her.

Dr.Putnam is the best. I had two other pediatrician's at this same facility that were completely terrible. I am grateful to God that I found Dr.Putnam. She has an answer for all of my questions and she has a heart for children (like a pediatrician should)

I love this place and I love Dr Shelton!! He always sees us quickly! He is very nice , caring , thorough, and professional. The office is clean and looks very nice. The nurse staff is caring. I’m very pleased we chose this place for our kiddo. 🙂

We have used this office for 13 years (including when in the old location down the street). Is it perfect -no - but the doctors and nurses have always been really good to us. I am having to use a new doctor for my son as we moved to TN this year and it is a little sad as Longstreet has been seeing him since his first ever baby wellcare appt.

I took my daughter here for her first doctors visit. The clinic is very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Dr. Crudgington M.D, is absolutely amazing. She is very nice, caring and informative. I truly trust my daughter in her hands.
