I wish I could leave 0 star review. Very Rude customer service. I have been waiting patiently to discuss my results with the doctor via a phone call they took the payment and no call was made. They don’t even accept their fault and fix it, instead they pretended they made a call. I was holding my phone for almost 4hrs straight waiting for a call because I was concerned about my results but never received a single call. I called the clinic 3 times to tell them I am still waiting and the lady told me she is with a patient and to wait patiently and I asked her why she booked me if the doctor is busy because my time is valuable also my symptoms and results but yet I never received a single call. Not only that after I called to ask about my refund since no one called me the lady was superrrrrrr rude over the phone. Please don’t go to this clinic, you will not be happy at all!!!!!! Even on my first check up day I waited 45 minutes once they put me inside the room and she prescribed me a medicine prior to my results. Every patient deserves to be valued and heard, this clinic is wayyyyyyy far from it. I also noticed how the front desk lady treats people of her own race and not of her own. Racism is there too!!! Be careful at this clinic.
