List of Lenox Medical Clinic's Reviews
I thought we were having a pleasant experience with the doctor as it's been about 3 years but finally everything collapsed. I cannot rate anything because I trusted going there for couple years till today but I regret now. If physicians do their job well, we do feel that it's because of my doctor I'm keeping good but what if things go wrong? Families are suffering with one small mistake of not observing the patient properly. Staff is good and never experienced anything un-professional.
Lenox Medical Clinic and Dr. Challa is always professional and very considerate of the patients care and time. Dr. Challa's medical advice is always timely, she ensures you understand the consequences of not following your treatment plan, and she provides the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle with some modifications. Lenox Medical Clinic will always be my first line of care.
A year later I'm changing my review down to one star. Have never seen Doctor since my initial visit. I don't think she works in JC location anymore even though I always ask for her. She really was lovely in that first visit. But I feel like it's bait and switch. Instead it's always the PA, who is overly talkative about her own mom's health and other patient's health (no names). I'm very disappointed in this practice- here is also why: -I showed up for my 8am annual physical this year and they told me "you're not on the schedule." Hmm... you called me yesterday to confirm my appt! "darn she didn't write it in the book! " -They asked me to transfer my prescriptions (prescription I've been on for over a decade), so I did. Then they held it hostage by only writing scripts for 30 days, with note that I had to schedule a visit every 30 days to renew it. What???? Even my pharmacist said it seemed strange for this prescription, that they just wanted money for monthly appts. My previous doctor would write script for 90 days plus 3 refills so we would review annually. I've since transferred it back and have had not 1 issue. The other doctor also questions why they were requesting me to have monthly visits. -Lydia the PA wanted to put me on med for high cholesterol. I'm in the process of losing weight, and have had 2- 2nd medical opinions who said no, they would not recommend I go on meds. -speaking of losing weight, first she put me on crack pills which I hated and stopped after a week. Wasn't for me. Next we tried wegovy which took 3 months to get, no fault of them, just high demand and not enough in stock at pharmacies. By week 11, I wasn't losing weight and wasn't feeling anything in regard to fuller digestion. I requested multiple times to go up in dose. She denied moving me up from .50, with no medical reason as to why. -never saw the same workers in the office twice. Many didn't speak English fluently, which made it challenging to chat through medical history. -they coded visits incorrectly and have had to discuss with my insurance, billing issues over preventative care annual wellness, etc. - I've since switched it a new PCP and am much happier!!!!! Pros- it was close to home and office was clean.
I attended Lenox Medical Clinic for a routine physical. When I arrived for the check-up, they continually pressured me to elect services that I suspected were not covered by the physical, so I refused them. However, I suspect some of this work (like drawing blood and certain elective lab tests) was performed without my permission. I suspect the activity was fraudulent because, although I did not even get to see a doctor during the physical, they billed over $800 - which seems excessive for a physical. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with billing to clarify. However, each time they say "we don't usually charge that for physicals" without resolving the issue in the system. STAY AWAY
The BEST medical clinic I have been to! I used to be loyal to Emory but once I tried Dr. Challah and NP Lydia, i don't want to go anywhere else! Dr. Challah is very kind and understanding. She is brilliant and easy to talk to. NP Lydia is so much fun and so intelligent! She knows her stuff! Incredibly intelligent Other staff: Lovely, the name of the lady at the front desk, is hilarious! She will always welcome you with a smile and she can solve all your problems if you are patient and respectful- as you should be as a customer/patient. The bloodwork lady will only pierce you once because she knows what she is doing!!! My veins are hard to find and I hate being pierced multiple times due to inexperience. The vitals nurse is quiet but really nice. She is shy but if you are kind she blossoms! Location: While the chamblee location is much closer to me, i still drive to the JC location because the VIBESSSSS! Its beautiful and the architecture looks like it was made for a salon (waxing, etc). Its very pleasant and clean and looks new. Never busy or crowded and very pleasant to be in.
Very helpful. Everyone was very clear on what was gonna happen and the staff was very diverse which definitely made me feel very comfortable.
Wonderful staff. PA extremely professional and patient focused. Especially attentive to my mother. Our entire family attends this practice.
Good Afternoon. I have Uber the past couple of years been going to this facility, the staff. It's great, my physician. It's wonderful the atmosphere. It's so invi, thank for having me. And taken the time and care with me. That I've needed.Thank you.Thank you thank you
I have been seeing Dr. Challa for a couple of years now and also saw NP Liliya today, who had incredible bedside manner. The office is very efficient and the phlebotomist is fantastic. I really feel that these providers take their time with me and actually listen to what I’m saying. Would recommend
Lovely, the receptionist, is wonderful. Very polite and responsive. The drs here are very nice too. Fatema is also wonderful, she got my vitals and was very kind.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
