The Hemlock Pain Center's Online Review Report Card

Was injured at work in August 2024. My doctor submitted a referral for pain management over 10 months ago, yet every facility he’s sent me to either refuses to accept patients or gives me the runaround. The last intake coordinator who called after reviewing my MRI results — which showed multiple herniated and bulging discs, muscle tears, and injuries to my back, shoulder, and knee — was shocked I wasn't already in treatment. She couldn’t believe I had been left at home all this time with nothing but Ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. Some days, it's all I can do just to get out of bed. The system has completely failed me. No one seems to listen. No one seems to care. At some point, you start to wonder… is this what the rest of my life is supposed to feel like? Waking up in agony every day, screaming in pain — and invisible to the very people who are supposed to help?

As a hopeful new patient, I scheduled ahead of time for this location agreeing to the schedule they have to see new patients in Dublin. I was let down as this business didn’t plan accordingly today, 12/03/2024. I was informed, around 11am today, if I wanted to keep my appointment it would be at the Warner Robins location. Per the woman on the phone, “I’m trying to be patient with you.” As if I made the mistake in schedule. I informed her I could be there early Friday in Warner Robins, 12/6/24. To which she responded, “no, the doctor doesn’t see new patients on that day.” I then made it known that I could make it to Warner Robins but it would be little after 2pm or close to 2:30pm before I would arrive. I was met with a response of that wouldn’t work. I informed her to cancel my appointment, where she then hung up on me.

I am so blessed to have them as my pain management group. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. I have been to multiple doctors and none were able to help me with my condition. Others feared to touch my back, spinal damage from an auto accident. For 4 years I have had to deal with excruciating pain. They have great manners and are always concerned with my pain and discomfort. Thank you all for everything! Everyone including the receptionists, nurses, PA, and the Dr are truly kind and considerate. They also have great compassion for their patients. I would recommend them to anyone, as I already have. Give you test on computer and charge for test then charge you to read it something they give you but charge for it and raise the copay.

This is the most pathetic excuse for a doctor office I have ever seen. I will be filling a complaint with the State of Georgia Composite Medical Board against this farce of a business. They lie about you and cop attitude if you attempt to defend yourself. They make appointments for you and don't show up the day of your appointment. They force you to drive to Macon to honor appointments made in Dublin. They don't call you and advise that they won't be at their office on your appointment date. You give a urine sample and there will be 5 or 6 other patient samples in the hole in the wall. The receptionist has to be the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I laugh at the cookie cutter response that this clinic gives to anyone that gives a negative review. They kicked me out and threatened to call the police on me because I called them out on a lie against me. I can't put into words how pitiful this place is. After the Composite Medical Board investigates this place maybe they will start acting like a professional office. Every negative complaint about this office is true in my opinion. Think twice before scheduling an appointment here. I find it difficult to believe that they can pass the standards to be a clinic of any type. People you don't have to put up with this farce of a clinic. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE. You have been warned!

I love being able to go close to home for regular appointments and to Macon for my procedures. Dr. Datta has been great in reducing the pain in my lower back. He listens to me and lets me know that he understands my concerns. I appreciate the fact that he doesn’t just give pain medication, he wants to stop the pain. Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurses are very nice and helpful. I will always recommend this pain center when anyone mentions having pain problems.

Love my Dr here, Dr. Tayfor!!!!! Receptionist is always nice and friendly to me. I haven’t had a bad experience with them and hope not to!!!!!!

Just terrible. Lack of knowledge within the facility. Dr. Datta is very unprofessional and disregards patients concerns. Does not try to help the patients pain at all.

This place is the worst. There Is a lack of communication. The front desk clerk has a nasty attitude. The Dr was not empathetic and condescending. Just a bad experience overall.
