I just wanted to share my experience I had yesterday September 14th 2021, Dr Munir was awesome... I had to have a colonoscopy and an endoscopy done, And the entire staff from the receptionist and then before during and after my procedure everybody was so kind and so nice to me I could give you a hundred stars Thank you so much for your kindnessSandra Keller

The staff lied to me and said that the practice I wanted to have a procedure done at didn’t do the procedure when in fact, they do. My fault for not checking with them myself but I didn’t think a doctors office would lie to receive insurance money. The particular doctor is no longer there anymore but I would never go back anyways. Find somewhere else!!

I had a excellent experience at this facility. I was referred by my PCP and my first impression of the center started with the scheduler who was super friendly and helpful and made sure I got all the necessary information for my procedure. On the day of my appointment, I was met with friendliness and professionalism from the minute I walked through the door. Each person I encountered made me feel comfortable about being there. Each individual explained in detail what was happening and how things would be handled. Dr. Mustafa Haroon and the staff there won my full confidence in them and I would not hesitate to go back to the center if needed.

I went there today and saw Anna Adams. Other than waiting a long time to be seen, it was a very positive experience. The level of care was very good and Anna was very helpful and attentive.

The reviews does no justice for this facility just being on the outside looking in. I was searching for a gastro center to go to and a few appear including Atlanta gastro. However, I was determined to go to the Riverdale location because it had the best reviews. I attempted to schedule an appointment but they were booked out so me and the scheduler went down the list of the other locations, even though I was kind of hesitant based on the reviews. The Newnan location had an open appointment the same day so hesitantly I took it and thank God I did. Anna Adams was amazing! The entire team from the medical assistant to Jesse the procedure scheduler. A few days after I went to the endoscopy next door for my procedure and the customer service as immaculate. The nurses, anesthesiologists and Dr Munir who did my procedure. Thank you a million Atlanta Gatro Newman.

I initially came to seek a second opinion after seeing another local GI. I had such a great experience with Dr. Munir and his staff! From the time I arrived, everyone was always friendly and welcoming. These last two visits, there was a minor wait time—but I personally don’t have an issue with that because I know every patient isn’t there for routine follow-up and I make sure I have buffer time in my schedule in case anything happens. What I really appreciate is how the staff at the desk keeps you updated to let you know that they haven’t forgotten about you while you wait. A little courtesy goes a long way! Even when I called to reschedule a later appointment, the rep who assisted was polite and didn’t rush me off the phone when I had additional questions. Despite the circumstances of me having to visit a GI specialist, I am glad I chose this one. Thank you!

Dr Munir is one of few I trust. He was there in hospital for my colon cancer, as well as my follow up visits to the office. Great staff and a caring group of professionals.

ANNA ADAMS. (PA) is wonderful! There is a good wait time but if you really need help it's worth the wait time.

First time colonoscopy patient. But I gotta say your in good hands here. Very kind people and good spirits threw out. Made a very nerve racking, uncomfortable situation very tolerable. Thank you to the entire team here that took care of me!

Nurses, doctor and office staff great but had 2 procedures scheduled at 1:30 and didn’t go back till 3:30! Waited since we got here at 12:30 for an hour just to go back to procedure waiting area. Come on and stop double booking. the lab for procedures. Next time definitely going back to piedmont newnan.
