I recently moved from Postfalls to Myrtle and asked if I could have my appointment in Orofino. Arrangements were made for a video conference with Dr. Cavanaugh. I went to the beautiful Orofino Clinic where everyone was friendly. The Drs assistant made arrangements to visit with the Dr and in just a few moments I was visiting face to face with Dr Kavenaugh. We discussed some blood tests and my general conditions. I mentioned that I was feeling like I was tired and in a fog all the time. The Dr took me off one of the drugs that I've been taking for years and after a couple days I felt great. For the first time in a long time I feel alert. I'm feeling very greatful and awake. The nurse made arrangements for me to meet a new general practitioner and all is good. Great first experience. Thank you.

He saved my life as well last year, August 2019. Inserted stent after my second heart attack and a year later, I'm very healthy because of him. Highly recommend this plumber....electricians before him failed.

Dr. Kavanagh saved my life!! At the age of 58 I had a massive heart attack and took a helicopter flight from Ponderay to Kootenai Medical Center where Dr. Kavanagh was waiting for me. I was rushed into surgery where Dr. Kavanagh inserted 3 stents into my right coronary artery thus clearing a 100% blockage and started blood flowing where it needed to go. I know if I have an urgent NEED to see him, he will clear a spot on his schedule to see me. I have seen dozens, maybe hundreds, of doctors (I have some serious medical issues) and without a doubt Dr. Kavanagh is the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have seen, and I would recommend him to anyone needing an excellent cardiologist! Thank you, Dr. Kavanagh!!
