Dr. Kavanagh saved my life!! At the age of 58 I had a massive heart attack and took a helicopter flight from Ponderay to Kootenai Medical Center where Dr. Kavanagh was waiting for me. I was rushed into surgery where Dr. Kavanagh inserted 3 stents into my right coronary artery thus clearing a 100% blockage and started blood flowing where it needed to go. I know if I have an urgent NEED to see him, he will clear a spot on his schedule to see me. I have seen dozens, maybe hundreds, of doctors (I have some serious medical issues) and without a doubt Dr. Kavanagh is the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have seen, and I would recommend him to anyone needing an excellent cardiologist! Thank you, Dr. Kavanagh!!

Dr. Kavanaugh is and has been treating me for my heart disease for just about fifteen years and when I first met with Dr. Kavanaugh I was a serious candidate for heart failure. After working with me to diagnose and treat my condition, I am now on a once a year checkup.
