I have to say, I received the best service from FMI. I’ve been a patient at have always had pleasant experiences. But, I had particularly amazing one when going in for a blood draw and explaining I had run out of medications (totally my own fault) and was trying to get a telehealth appt scheduled asap. The medical director Nick popped out and heard a little of what was going on and offered to see me right there to get my meds refilled! I know providers are often busy and don’t have the ability to do that. But that was just amazing and shows how much the providers care. Totally made my day and a weight lifted knowing I’d not have to go much longer without my medication.

I have been seeing Jacqueline Griffin since the end of June, so for about 2 months. She is the first provider I have seen that makes me feel heard and understood. Just in our first 2 months of working together we were able to find out that I have Celiac disease, which I have never been tested for before. With this diagnosis, I have already lost 23 lbs! Jacqueline has offered insight and experience that has completely changed the game for me. I am so grateful for the positive changes that I have experienced just since working with her, and I am so excited for what the future holds as we continue to work together. Thank you!
